I was a little hesitant to come here due to the bad reviews but I was in and out in <15 mins. I had an appt but was taken in earlier and the phlebotomist, Tun, was super fast, professional and cracked a couple jokes. I would definitely come back for my future lab work. It was confusing getting into the building though. Their buzzer is located under the intercom system which took me an embarrassing amount of time to find. They also do not have a person at the front desk so check-ins are managed by one kiosk.

I have stopped going to this location period. After several visits that have been an hour wait with an appointment, lost faxed requisition from the doctor's office, the talking down to patients and just plain rudiness of the staff including the head honcho himself is inexcusable. The Asian male and female employee talk in Mandarin about you... Yes voice translator works quite well.

Everything was good. You have to make an Appointments on Saturday. Either way you should make an appointment because they have to take the appointment patients first. Anyway try to come early in the morning because it does get crowded.

It's a great place always get seen right at my appointment time. But it needs more staff. I feel bad that it's only 2 people working.

Horrible service. Make an appointment for toddler lab and wait an hour. Toddler cried for long wait and had to leave. Will ask doctor to change the lab. So incompetent and mismanaged. Do not double or triple book!!!!

They won’t take any walk-in patients, I was the first person waiting in the line, there was only me in the line and I didn’t see any other people there. And their staff won’t take my order, they just wait for those people with an appointment. I had to wait for more than 50 minutes, they tell me I still need to wait. So terrible experience

This place is horrible no type of customer service. No type of way to make a appointment tried calling ahead no one answers the phone called during operation hours. Came in as a walk in at 9 a.m it's now 11:20 am we waited well beyond the estimated wait time which was 50 mins then when asked how much longer because he have waited well beyond the time given they just said well you gotta wait because we have appointments to take care of. That's completely nonsense because they was taking in people left and right and making a whole waiting room sit because they wanna pick and choose to there convince instead of taking parents with children.sat there for over 2 hours and parents with there children just got up and walked out because they seen how the staff was being prejudice to who they wanted to take care of. Witnessed with my own eyes them take in somone who had just walked in because it says it on the monitor in the waiting room over everyone else waiting because they was single with no children.

If you wanna save 2-3 hours just don’t visit this location.

Good place, professional staff.. the appointment was exactly as scheduled. Suki is a great phlebotomist.
