Such a great stuff I had an ultrasound appointment , everyone was very polite, about the front desk the girls are polite and try to help in any way they can.

told me to ask my insurance for an authorization for a ct scan myself. isnt that their job? my dentist got authorization from insurance for me :/ so why cant they..

I highly recommend 21 Century Radiology! Clean office, professional and courteous staff that guides you through everything to make your visit smooth; knowledgeable technicians and doctors who have a very professional bedside manner and make you feel welcome in the practice. The results are back in no time and if I have any questions they take their time to explain and answer everything that might trouble me. Also I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to their office manager Sasha for being caring and understanding and always accommodating my needs since I live in a different state. Thank you for everything you do!

I have to say that part of the Techs are actually pretty good here. But unfortunately when there is a patient going in to get something done there the first person they deal with is the receptionists and unfortunately this location needs a new one. They have the WORST receptionist!!!!!!!!!! I could not get her name but she is the chubby one which usually stay in the front as there a few working in the back as well. This receptionist has a nasty attitude, always complains of how she is tired, and is always complaining of the patients that come in and how they never stop coming! I went in for results only to get a screaming from her. She apparently expected for me not to talk back, which I was not gonna take. She proceeded to be rude over and over. I will NEVER go back to this place again! And I am having my family and husbands family withdraw from this place. Its sad that they loose so many clients over a receptionist.

The office is the best medical office in the Area. They have truly genuine, empathetic and devoted staff that you can always reach whenever you need advice. They have best technology. All equipment well maintained. Always phenomenal with children, being the only Radiology me, my friends and family mostly use. Always feel relaxed and comfortable with them for many years. There have been more than a few occassions when they have gone out of their way to help me with various issues on different occasions. They've helped ease and assist during an acute and/or reocurring issues . Dr is always available when necessary to consult. All staff is very dedicated, all those that work there are incredibly compassionate people that truly love what they do and they all dedicate themselves to do their best, and they do it pretty well, I should say EXCELLENT experience overall. About tech that supper professional before, during and after procedure. Would like to mention wonderful and best experienced tech I ever met Larisa. It is absolutely a pleasure to go through any study with her. She makes pt feel comfortable to go for procedure and during. Very attentive. Answers all questions with professional and courtesies manors. Mammography were as easy as it can be. The techs were very attentive to my requests. Made me feel comfortable to go for my test. That means a lot. The communication between medical Professionals and the patient is a major success to all patients care. Let me share also great experience by contacting Dr. Tsereshkin . THE BEST DR IN NYC!!! Office mngr Albina, what an amazing profession, what a Courtesy with patients. Let me also complement Lada that at this time not in the office, but what a profession office staff. All these employees are the best assets to this wonderful medical office-Radiology. Thank you for being always there for me and my family and friends.
