Very professional and beyond accommodating. I went at 730 am, moody and cranky, and left with a smile on my face that lasted the rest of the day. GREAT STAFF!!!
Alexandra was awesome, she's so sweet and she was so gentle and understanding. You'd be lucky to get her.
My wife came this morning and she has a lot of issues with her health so she was so happy. She said “Lisa” is the best with the first time ...not even 5 minutes and she was done...only thing the Machine orange holder when you register was missing but she was holding her ID to register no big deal. Thanks Lisa
Alexandra did a wonderful job of drawing blood. No pain, no bruising.
Such a bad experiance. No one is there for help after waiting 2 hours. Not professional at all.
Black lady working in this lapcorp is really rude . She have no respect for customers . She supposed to take care of patients but she has no sympathy.
This review is for Labcorp at 1723 E 12th St on Kings Highway. I had an appointment for a drug screen at 2:30pm, and did not leave until over 45 minutes later. Be warned that you may spend more time waiting than the actual time it takes to complete your appointment. I booked my appointment online and paid via Castlebranch. I checked in from my phone as Labcorp offers you to do so if you don't want to wait in the building. I waited in my vehicle for the supposed text I would receive to let me know they were ready to see me. Waited 10 minutes past my appointment time, went into the physical building, saw that there were quite a few people. There are several kiosks for check-ins lining the front entrance, and further down to the right is the waiting room. There are a total of 5-6 chairs for guests. There's also a window where you speak to the receptionist. The front desk receptionist is far from nice or friendly. She's quite rude to patients. One guest was told she couldn't make an appointment in person and to just call, basically she was turned away. I didn't understand why she couldn't just make an appointment right on the spot, since she literally just came from the doctor. Receptionist was also annoyed at another patient for not coming up to her window even though he already checked in at the kiosk. She made no effort to hide her comments and frustrations with customers. He had come in, checked in and took a seat waiting to be called. I saw no reason for her disgruntled comments on why he sat down instead of coming to the window. The only reason I'm giving this location more than 1 star is for the technician whom I was helped with today. I needed a drug screen and the process took less than 10 minutes all together and she was very nice. The technician was the only other person behind the window, besides the receptionist maybe she was also a technician? unsure Anyway, one lady wasn't very nice, the other was friendlier and easy to work with. Overall, your appointment time doesn't mean much, you won't be seen within the half hour of whenever you intended. My visit took 50 minutes from start to finish, most of it was just waiting around. When you get to the window be sure to have your paperwork, ID, insurance card and payment if applicable.
Negative stars. Absolutely disgusting this staff. Seriously listen to the comments on how awful this place is. First off appointments aren’t real times, be ready to wait 2+ hours to be acknowledged, and if you try to ask a question you are turned to a kiosks, which one is conveniently broken. The staff is absolutely horrible, have attitudes, and are arrogant. One had the audacity to call me a liar and make comments to another staff about it while I was standing there. And now I’m supposed to trust this staff to perform their jobs? I wouldn’t trust them with a paperclip. I am waiting for their corporate team to contact me, until then trust me when I say you are better off literally anywhere else. Seriously refuse to be sent here.
Samantha was a wonderful employee. She dealt with a packed office and some frustrated people. There was a wait; I wasn't seen until about 30 min past my appointment time. But Samantha took my blood quickly abd easily. She had wonderful bedside manner and seemed to genuinely care which I didn't expect because I'd watched her run around like crazy for awhile. Thank you Samantha, you are wonderful!
This is ridiculous! Done my labs two weeks ago. I was told that the results will be ready in 3 business days. My physician did not get the results. I tried to get them myself by registering on patient portal but it would let me verify my identity for some reason, therefor couldn’t get them either. I called the office many times - NO ANSWER! I sent a bunch of emails - NO ANDWER!! What’s going on?! Now I have to leave work to actually go there and see what’s happening!
