Denise M. Was absolutely terrible! Literally the most foul stranger I’ve ever met. She was not only rude to me while checking in and while doing the test but to others too. She’s lucky I held in my annoyance, this is truly the one time I believe someone should get fired asap! She should not be in the healthcare industry acting like that to others, truly a danger to others.
This time I really got a very good service from this location. I made appointment before and they follow the appointment time properly. Very quick they finished my job. Hope they will continue this service in future. Please make appointment before you visit.
I was initially hesitant about this place after reading all the bad reviews, but eventually decided to book an appointment because of their convenient location. I came in first thing in the morning and was second in line. The place was clean and followed basic safety guidelines against Covid, so I felt comfortable. The check-in machine was also convenient. Kareen saw me within 15 minutes and she was pleasant and competent. I was done in 10 minutes.
They make their own lunch break and come back whenever they feel like. They take more than 1 hour break really bad customer service for patients who can't wait outside.
Honestly I really like this place. I made an appointment online , arrive at quest and I literally didn’t had to wait not even for 5 minutes. Daysha was really nice and answered all my questions. She was quick and patience. Thank You Daysha . I definitely recommend this place . It’s quick and clean. Transportation it’s on the same block.
Small but not so crowded, clean place. A little difficult to spot. Friendly staff.
Why make an appointment online, arrive early, check-in, only to sit and wait for 45 minutes. The waiting room is crowded, there’s only one person working. My name disappears off of the waiting list suddenly after 25 minutes, and I’m told I need to now wait another half hour. Dirty neighborhood, disgusting experience. I walked out and went to my own doctor.
Was running late so the check in process moved me to a walk in. I checked in with that section and it told me to wait outside. 15 minutes later it tells me they're ready for me. Great, I head in and I have to sign in as a walk in. Why did I waste my time outside? Reception was friendly but a simple oh sorry about that, or the system is glitching, would have worked for me.
Tbh no star review. So unprofessional and rude employee, the one who cant work under pressure. All what she was doing is complaining that she is working there alone and how hard it is for her. The sign by the kinda front dest with no one had said that those who doesnt have an appointment needs to sign in to the sheet of walk ins. So i signed in with tabletipad since i had an appointment, she started yelling at me why did i sign thru ipad and i need to sign in to the walk in sheet. When i said “there is no need for that kind of attitude”, she got worse! These kind of nurses need to be fired immediately
This place was incredibly unsanitary and unprofessional. Nurse did not properly wear her mask, change her gloves, or clean any surface. Blood samples were literally HANGING out of the disposal bin on the counter. She didn’t know the difference between the types of Covid tests and I asked to administer the swab myself since she didn’t know what she was doing and tried to grab the swab by the wrong end. So scary and anxiety inducing, hoping to save others from having to experience this.
