Probably the worst jewelry store around. I took a ring in for resizing then 2 weeks later my phone rang twice & they hung up. I called them out when I picked up my ring and was told that my voicemail was full. That was a lie. Then they copied o attitude. This store needs to be revamped. We left & then patronized the other jewelry stores in mall. I don’t like dealing with liars when I’m bringing in a ring worth thousands.
Bad customer service!!! Please go to the Zales at Cottonwood mall. I only wanted to get myself a very nice birthday gift, waited in line like everyone else about 25 minutes, I'm next and the lady who is supposed to help me skips me even though she acknowledged she'll be with me next. Then skips me again! I'm done waiting and being skipped twice. I'm not spending my money there.
Customer service is terrible. The ladies are not friendly or welcoming at all.. I came in a week and half ago, one of the morning ladies was huffing and puffing, she pointed out how she and the other lady were the only ones working. I came back and received the same bad service.. makes me not want to shop here at all!
Saleswoman was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions about diamonds and no pressure in buying.
Hassina probably not spelling this right is absolutely our go-to sales associate. We have purchased tons of amazing pieces from this place and this wonderful lady has guided us through every transaction. We've spent more on higher quality and at other times less than expected because of her leading us to good deals. I have actually gone into buy my wife something special then left because she was not there. I will not shop with anyone but her but I will say they seem to have expertise and to notch customer service with every associate and I highly recommend this establishment.

This is the worst Zales store to go to. My Fiancé got my engagement ring here. He purchased one of the Disney MALEFICENT rings. He also purchased a lifetime warranty on the ring. After the proposal not a month later the stone was wiggling around in the setting. We took the ring in and didn’t hear back for over a month after sending it off. We go into the store and are told it has been there for about a week. Not three days later the stone fell completely off. My fiancé took the ring back and they sent it off again to have it set back in place and get “new” prongs. The ring came back and I went to pick up the ring this time. When i got There and was handed the ring i checked The stone and it wiggled. I promptly handed it back and said they hadn’t fixed my ring. The sales associate went to get the manager and upon returning the manager on duty told me that i must Be doing something to the ring. That it had to be my fingers getting caught and that they would try to fix it again but he couldn’t promise anything would be fixed. He then suggested i return It and get a new ring that I’d like better while my fiancé wasn’t there. He told me what my fiancé spent on the ring exactly, what i could Get instead and insisted i do It. I said No and left with my ring still damaged. The manager on duty ruined my engagement ring experience by trying to convince me it was my fault, telling me what he spent on it, and saying he couldn’t help. I havent Been able to wear the ring because the stone comes lose extremely easy. Extremely disappointed and hurt. Do not waste your money on the warranty.
Quoted incorrect payment price, now there is no way to fix through Zales. Comenity had an update and there is no way to speak with someone about account information or details. Funny how they can still take your incorrect monthly payments but they have 0 customer service reps. Anyway Zales rep at Coronado quoted me $113.00 minimum payment now I'm being charged a minimum of $231.00 With no way of seeing why or how this happened and no way to fix it. I wouldn't suggest ever purchasing from Zales, I am extremely dissatisfied with their services
I've usually had a good experience, however there doesn't seem to be enough training or communication between employees. I was told one thing by one and another made the whole experience more difficult. Then after having my second expensive piece sent off to be adjusted I was guaranteed to have it back by June 18th but didn't receive a notification that the item was in until June 23rd. Then i find put they can't even update they're store hours and show up 20 minutes before they close according to google, and I'm informed they close 10 minutes ago and can not give me the jewelry I have already purchased. I'm a truck driver, I can't just show up first thing tomorrow. I'm very displeased that they were completely unwilling to try to help me. I'm thinking I'm going to have to find somewhere else that will try to keep there promises, and train all their employees the correct way so they don't make promises that can't be kept!
my sister bought the ring at this store by cash from last year. But she did not like it and returned for 2 day later. And she did not receive the refund yet until now. When we called to them, they explained they sent the check to her already and the check was cashed by someone. But she did not know why someone can cash without his name. We tried to reach out someone at store but we got the same answer without the proof. When i came to sign the Affidavid of Forgery Form from their request but they explained that form take for a while few hours to print and mentioned sending by email instead. And until now is over a week but i did not receive anything from them.:. we are so disappointed
