Been coming here to get my car washed and today to get my oil changed. They were professional, incredibly transparent with pricing, were more than happy to let me take photos of the products used. I have a car that takes all synthetic and a special filter. They had everything and were very pleasant and more than happy to explain any questions I had. They added air to my tires, checked my other fluids. At payment time, Gave me a new customer discount and gave me instructions on a $15 rebate on my oil type purchased. I would recommend them with confidence.
Fast service when getting your oil changed. They didn't suggest any extras which I was grateful for. They always try to get that "engine flush", especially as a female. Nahhhh, I'm good. I enough to know that's not a good idea. If you take care of your vehicle, all the extras are not needed.
The lowest listed price actually is not available. The sign outside says $11 but once you get in its $14 for small cars and $16 for larger cars, at the lowest. Their credit card machine mysteriously only works when the manager is there mysterious. I was willing to let that slide cause that’s none of my business fr. I have been coming for months paying $16 for my crossover vehicle and vacuuming after with no problems until today when one employee informed me that it would be $18 to have a car wash with self service vacuuming. I questioned the price because, again, I’ve always paid $16 which is already steep for the area, the employee informed me that it has always been $18. Im not sure what kind of scam they’re running but it’s annoying. I won’t be going back to this location, just be forewarned that the prices are inconsistent and unpredictable. 2 Stars cause the car wash itself is average in terms of how effectively it washes.
Car left no cleaner than it was when I arrived. No interior service. You have to vacuum yourself with a platinum package. Good if you want to pay $18 to have your car rinsed with some soap and then air dry.
DONT GO HERE!!! Worst car wash ever and very untrained employees, i took my car to wash for the first time here and they destroyed my engine and fried the computers leaving the car with no life by doing a chassis bath, which I didn’t no of. I had to get towed out Mind you it is a brand new 2022. Don’t go here save urself the headache and money
liars and rip-off. don't expect cheaper than $16 dollars, even though it's written that just outside wash is $9.90. neither they dry your car. they tell anyone that only small cars are cheap, but there isn't small enough cars for them. all $16 or up. doesn't worth and there are better $10 car wash on Atlantic Avenue. don't go here. people are rude
So far so good. They appear to be official. I'm quite skeptical of places like this because of the wide range of deceptive practices doing on! . Like not changing the oil or promoting add-ons that aren't needed. I came here on a whim, while pulling over to answer a text. I spoke to the kind, jovial office Manger CARLA. She's so sweet, she understood and sympathized with me about my concerns and especially since I just got beat about 4 months ago at Pennsylvania Ave and Flatlands. they never changed my oil I'll never go back there again!!!. This is my go to place from now on and for about $20 less. Thanks again Carla, you rock!
Rude and grumpy men taking payments with broken debit card machines, but demanding cash like it was my fault...upon arrival! Second one did not clearly tell me when to put my SUV on neutral, and caught a damn attitude with himself, apparently! Never again!!!
If you want the best oil change come here . Best price best quality and oil change experience. When I get my oil change here it last for 6 months .
Owner or the boss who ever was there was very rude. Telling me I had to wait outside in the cold and was rude how he was saying as demanding me…..I close my hood and left with my car…
