Zap Zone

My kids and her friends love coming here!! they have a really good customer service staff and they are very helpful when it comes to the birthday party planning! their coordinators are great on time on top of things and it's not too expensive I think most of my friends end up spending between two to three hundred on birthday parties for about two-and-a-half or 3 hours for a party.

Zap Zone is really multifaceted with their arcade, trampolines, bumper cars, escape room, and more. It's good for kids and teens. Visiting Zap Zone can almost guarantee you a well rounded party or hang out time. Most of the prices are posted on Zap Zone's website but not the time allotted for each attraction so you may have to call or ask online.

Fun to take my grandson there...at least when the games are functioning. Many were out of order. Customer service is horrid. Not a single smile or thank you. Like the zombie apocalypse has hit the entire staff there. Also, disappointed that they just leave the unused bumper cars in the center of the floor, as if there's much room to begin with. Complained to management. The problem got fixed for one cycle of rides, then back to the same situation. Upside, they have fantastic pizza. Puts Pizza Hut to shame.

Half the games were out of order, or stole coins. Too expensive for the extra activities. And then you have to buy special socks to jump, which is just another added cost. Could be a little ore financially friendly for a family. I will say the guys that were working we're really nice, and they we're very attentive.

Fun time. Equipment was mostly well maintained. Laser tag area is well laid out.
