They have a lot of fun things but be prepared to spend a ton of cash. Skating is one price. If you need skates it's more. If you have a new skater, the PVC pipes on old roller blade wheels (trainers) are $5 extra. Tokens for video games separate (obviously). The play structure is extra ($4 each. Not worth it). Bumper cars extra. Laser tag extra. Plus there's a dip on the skate floor where everyone keeps falling.

Favorite place for Tuesday night family rollerblading. We have been coming for over a year.
Note that they have rollerderby once a month on Tuesdays at 8pm and you might need to shutdown early. Otherwise a great venue.

Had my daughters birthday party there, i was reluctant to have one due to us having her birthday there a year ago and things not going so smooth. My daughter really wanted to give it another try. I did a walk through and had 2 conversations with Rollerama employees about my reluctance and they assured me that it would not happen and advised me to meet party hostess, which i did. She was very informative and said she had worked there for 5 years and had done many parties and reassured me everything would go smoothly and i would be highly satisfied. So i decided to give it another try. They added the bumper cars this year which was a terrific addition. The party guest loved every minute of it. All the the guest had a great time and so did the birthday girl. It was frustrating a few times between never being able to find our party hostess or her disappearing for over an hr and management couldn't even find her, so they gave us a replacement who was occupied with 4 other parties until she was finally found! So that set our schedule off by quite a bit. An explaination of why this happened and where she went would have also been nice, but we would have settled for an apology.. A simple I'm sorry. However that didn't happen, they just shrugged it off like oh well she's back now. The pizza that was included with party package was horrible my guest didn't even want to eat it, i tried a piece and took one bite and spit it out. I'm pretty sure cardboard would have tasted better. The really need better food, it doesn't have to be terrific, but edible would be nice! They also need to clean their facility, all of my party guest ended up vomiting all day the next day, even the birthday girl. I know it is the season and they can not control everything but the bathrooms and floors in facility were very dirty. They also need to hire better party host if they are going to be working the party section! If they changed these couple of things i would be happy to give them 5 stars and happy paying the $17.50 per person i payed because it is a very enjoyable place to have a party.

My son and his friends have a good time here - there's a lot for them to do. Additionally, I'm impressed with the staff. They are all really nice. The prize/ticket counter helpers (Edwin and Zach), I've found to be good with children, showing kindness and patience. My son even mentioned to me how nice they are - Thank you!

The roller skating is great! The food isn't so bad, either. However, the arcade is less than impressive. Many of the games are not clearly marked as to how many tokens they take. This is difficult for small children. Four different times my daughter inserted a token, only to realize that it took four! And very few of the games take only one or two tokens. Also, while nobody expects Stellar prizes at an arcade, the prizes at Zap Zone are incredibly lame. We spent $10, and ended up getting a few Tootsie Rolls with the tickets. My kids were incredibly disappointed, and quite frankly I was, too. In the future, I'll stick with the arcade at Castaway Cafe and Howell.
