Zeno Hair Studio

Zeno hair studio is the best place for keratin treatment and hair cut, I have been going there for years. I love their service and staffs are very friendly. The space is well maintained! Highly recommended to friends, family and all of you to go here for your own hair styles.

I was very disappointed with my highlights at the salon. I asked specifically for very light, warm, golden highlights. I ended up with dark Ash colored highlights. They over bleached my roots and then covered up everything with a darker toner. I asked them several times during the process if they were going to do the color I requested. The owner even assured me. They also do not include large fees $70 for toner, $20 for longer hair etc when they advertise all their deals. I will not be going back.

My first experience was amazing! I went there today and the hair stylist gave me a fresh cut that looks good with my face. The salon is very clean and staffs are friendly. Love the service! Definitely returning here again!!

DO NOT GO! I have super thick hair and when it was time to pay, they charged me double the price they originally told me it would cost before my haircut. Nothing is in writing so they sneakily overcharge. Do not recommend, especially if you have long or thick hair!Service: Haircut

I’ve never walked out of a hair salon before but I had the worst customer service experience of my life at this salon. They kept adding on charges even though we had agreed on a price so I finally said “it’s ok you don’t have to color it please just cut it” and then they refused to cut my hair. I asked for a refund and left. The entire time they kept talking over me, cutting me off and belittling me. The woman in the chair next to me also walked out on her appointment after everything.Services: Haircut

Received a keratin treatment here. Kevin was really patient and gentle with my hair and it came out great! I hope to visit again soon!
