Although not a fancy restaurant, this place offers an overwhelming selection of very hardy, flavorful, fresh soups, salads and sandwiches. They offer generous samples to help you decide among the soups. The soups do look more appealing when they stir them frequently, as the surface gets dry and oxidized if left undisturbed. Cool music, comfy booths, clean bathrooms. Better than a 4, but not quite a 5-Star, but a 4.5-Star rating is not an option.
Decent salads and soups - with a good variety of options to choose from. The staff was helpful and explained gluten free options for us - but the taste of the meals left a little to be desired. It was fast food in it’s taste, not fresh like we thought it would be.
Decided to eat dinner here while on a business trip out of town because it was within walking distance from my hotel. I was skeptical at first because there was only one other person in the restaurant. I was very pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and delicious and the staff working that night were fantastic, quick, and friendly. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad and the lobster bisque soup. I'd get them again. Cost me about 12-1/2 bucks and was the right amount of food to satisfy my hunger.
We came little bit after lunch hour, so it wasn't busy at all. The service was great and very helpful and the food was fantastic. Soup was fresh and hot, large portion sizes and the salad was delicious. Walked away with extra meal for later as the portions were large and food filling.
Had a wonderful experience here. It was a cold and rainy day, welcomed into a warm and clean environment, the workers went out of their way to let me sample some different soups before deciding, and even after I ordered gave me some extra samples since it was my first time. Very friendly staff, and the food is very good and comforting. Highly recommend giving this place a shot
Great place to get delicious soup. All soups so far have tasted great and so have the sandwiches. It's also a great place if you are wanting to eat healthy and low calorie foods. The soups are rotated everyday but are always great tasting. The place sits around 40 persons, very clean, and staff have been very nice. You are also able to sample the soups before committing, so that is a plus.
Zoup! makes excellent soups, salads, and sandwiches. They serve 12 I think different kinds of soup daily but only a few are available every day. The rest rotate on and off the menu. I enjoyed the lobster bisque, one of the permanent menu items, with a maple bacon ham sandwich.
Nice variety of fresh sandwiches, soups, and salads. Prompt service, clean store, but I thought pretty pricey.Food: 4/5
Lots of good soups to pick from. I got a sandwich as well. Great spot to grab a bite to eat. Plenty of parking too.
I was excited to stop for lunch here before my chemo treatment at Stephanie speilman down the street. My husband and I did the pick 2. I'd never been here before and the lady asked if we wanted a cup or bowl, we said cup, not realizing we were upgrading our order so we were confused about the price. My husband received the wrong sandwich, no biggie, some of the meat was browned on it so that was gross. He received the sandwich he ordered, it came with one piece of ham and something that resembled bacon. It was stringy and weird, worse than any fast food bacon I've gotten on a sandwich. My tomato soup wasn't edible, tasted like spaghetti sauce from a can. I didn't realize the cob salad had guacamole on it, it is in the description I realized later but blue cheese and guacamole DO NOT belong together. After finding rotten mush lettuce I stopped eating it. This place was an extreme disappointment and for $35 I expect the food to at least be edible. We know to never come here again. My husband did say his lobster bisque wasn't that bad. Manager did give us a card to get a meal since they messed up which is why I gave 2 stars. We will not be using it. I wouldn't eat here again even if it was free.
