Zoyo Neighborhood Yogurt

This place has old fruit for the yogurt which is sad because I love fruit on my yogurt. They also had to refill the hersheys chocolate and seeing its empty they just carried on like nothing. The shop had employee in the back for at least 5 minutes of our visit, we where left alone in the store. Doesn't seem like it's getting the attention it needs

When I first came in right before noon...I didnt see anyone at the counter, but figured once i had got done with my order someone would be done doing what they needed to do and have come out. Heck, they may have been using the restroom idk.. Nooooope. Standing here at at 10 past noon to a completely empty shop about to just leave. No sign on the door and the place is obviously open--lights are on and door was unlocked. Update.---Someone did come out at 12:16 to ask me if I needed assistance. When I told her that I had been waiting she claimed that she "was in the back taking an order"..personal cell phone in hand btw.Highly doubt that and said that I "should have knocked on the door" First, I'm not going to go down a hallway where I'm pretty sure customers are not allowed to be and just go knocking on doors looking for staff that should be manning a cash register..second, I'm pretty certain that any frozen yogurt order wouldn't take almost 20 minutes to take downor why someone would need to take an order in the backroom? The store phone was sitting on the counter in front of me.It's obvious that the place isn't busy at this time. When I asked for her manager, she claimed that the manager wasn't in "until later". **Oh, and there was a customer leaving with a cup of yogurt right when I when I was walking in. I'd probably check to see if they were without service and got tired of waiting.‍**

Convenient neighborhood yogurt shop. The flavor choices weren't the best, but good enough for us while on vacation since this was right up the street from our rental. Staff was nice too.

Such a great place to celebrate a week of small accomplishments. This place is super clean and have an assortment of toppings and variety of flavors to entice everyone’s liking. I appreciate this place and creating a good space.

Me & my daughter's go to place. Love thier selection and how they switch it up often. Great selection of toppings also

I have been visiting this location for the past 5 years. This is the first time that I see this place dirty. Every single machine had yogurt over flowing at the bottom. The bottom portion was full. There was yogurt on the counter tops as well. I mentioned to the worker that the machines need some attention. He asked how and I told him the bottoms are overflowing. He didn’t seem to care.

Wednesdays are awesome!! 1/2 your cup if you wear your pajamas! My kids likes their toppings and I like to save money : The employees are super nice and friendly.

This place has really gone downhill in the last 2 years, which is so sad because it is in such a great location with the Whitfill nursery & shoppes next door. The store is usually filthy now, with the machines COVERED in froyo. There were no dates on the prepacks in the foh freezer. The last few times I've been in there haven't been sample cups or spoons and I didn't even want to put my cup on the scale because it looked so sticky. There is always something to be cleaned in a froyo shop I've worked several which is why I feel like I had to say something something is always sticky, so watching the staff sitting in the corner watching me waiting on cups and spoons was kinda uncomfortable & a lil annoying. I know we are all struggling in times like this, but the state of the store and the disgruntled staff was quite disheartening the last time I was in. We're all sad, that's why we need the froyo and for it to be a safe, clean space.

Definitely the place to go when you need to fill that "I need all the sweets right now" craving. The cost goes by weight in the cup, and every penny is worth it! Plenty of flavors and toppings to choose from.
