I had a couple of wheels where the chain had dropped off the inside of the big cog and chewed up the spokes. There aren''t any bike shops near me that I'd trust to do a repair of this type. I found Zack as a dealer for ENVE wheels, so I figured he could be a good resource. As I'm about an hour and a half away from Zack, I emailed him the details of the wheels and asked if we could schedule a repair that would coordinate with a car service appointment. He was very accommodating on the scheduling, and was able to repair the wheels that day. He does excellent work, and included charts showing the spoke tension on both wheels, which were within a couple of percent variation of each other. His service and responsiveness make him worth a special trip.
