Had some issues with driving stability on my jeep. Spoke to Justin very knowledgeable, helpful walked me through process. First thing next morning was greeted by the owner Jimmy to test drive my vehicle and understand the issue I was experiencing. Managed to pin point the issue and since my vehicle was new and low mileage Jimmy advised to check with my dealer warranty. My dealer was full of you know what. Jimmy and his guys are great. They are usually able to take my car very soon, and get back to me with my requests and suggestions within less than a day. What I appreciate most about them is that I can trust them - my family has been taking our cars to be serviced by them for years .
Jimmy and Justin are both open, kind, and honest every time I stop in. My old Nissan often has problems big and small, the guys always find affordable ways to get me back on the road and right back to my life. I recommend this shop to my friends and send family whenever they need. Way better than any gas station mechanic and more personal than any chain brand could hope to be. Absolutely use Zuccato’s if trusting your mechanic is something you innately value as part of the experience.
I've been using Zuccatos for car service and repairs for years. - Fast and flexible service - they typically squeeze you in even if you have a tight schedule. - 100% error and trouble free - they always sorted out the car issues I had without any hassle or without going back and forth. - Good price for a awesome service. - But most importantly, they are honest. They bring up things that needs to be fixed, without "over-servicing" your vehicle. 5 stars, no doubt about it.
I've been bringing my cars to Zuccato's for years. I've had multiple Hondas and they've kept them all running to over 200k+ miles. Jimmy & Justin are friendly and honest. They don't have to, but they look over the car to make sure everything's in good condition each time I bring it in which is important to keep my old beasts running!. They will prioritize my car's service if I'm on a time crunch. They patiently explain the details of my current service, as well as other recommended services but are never pushy. I highly recommend them!
Love Zuccato's! They're top notch in diagnosing the problem, giving you a fair price for any work that needs to be done and are one of the most friendly employee's I've met...particularly, Jimmy!
