OK Joann the manager is spectacular! She is great at what she does! Willing to work with you if you are having any type of problem, not happy with the unit you have? No problem. Is your unit is to small? To large? You don't need to worry if she can she will resolve your questions, concerns or trouble you might have! It's local it's clean and pricing is reasonable. Security is a high priority! And that's a must! Gotta give my thanks to Joann for making me feel that my unit is safe and in good hands! And plus She's funny! A great assest!
There are many reasons we have been very satisfied using this facility and would strongly recommend to anyone looking for renting a storage unit. The biggest two reasons are the facility itself and the customer service. The facility is clean I’ve seen the supervisor Joann here making her rounds and sweeping and cleaning the floors, stays pretty cool, is well lit and provides a variety of units. Since the unit has a concrete flooring and metal dividers, we haven’t had to worry about termites or other similar bugs. We have been a customer for 11 years now and we have found it a great value. Joann has always been nice, helpful, given us good tips over the years and is prompt when asked for any assistance.
I absolutely love this place! I came here needing a storage unit asap, and Jo Ann was extremley helpful! She walked me through everything very quickly. Reasonably priced and clean units
Wonderful service from Chris and Paul! I will admit, I had high expectations for customer service after reading all the great reviews. I was not disappointed. All of the information I gathered matched with what they presented to me, which made the process so smooth and transparent. I look forward to moving in! Thank you guys!

Joann is very friendly and helpful. She had contacted me on the unit I have booked online and ask what I intend to store. She told me it wasn't going to fit. I felt she was straightforward, honest, friendly, and helpful. I told her on the circumstances as to why we need to store are belongings because our apartment unit is going under construction for asbestos removal and only need it for a few months. She was really understanding about my situation. She upgrade me to bigger unit. Refunded me on the unit I book online and also given me 50% off of this month. She's someone who I felt relief on moving my belongings into the facility. Also the apartment I'm staying is only a block away so it is convince as well.
Paul , Troy &Chris were amazing to me while coming in and looking for a storage. Paul is super friendly and you are welcome for helping you find my storage number aha.

Good Day! First time entering the property & I was sold a unit to rent at a very great deal. I arrived during the early morning, which by that time it was HOT weathering. I was concerned the property wouldn’t be insulated since it’s not AirConditioned. If that is one of your criteria for storage then this doesn’t suffice. I was the only person in the building other than this wonderful lady, Joanne. What can’t I say about her?
Used this storage for over a year an half. The management has always been on top for security and concerns. I left for the military, they took good care of me and gave me great price comparison and deals.
