I hate to write bad reviews - but this is certainly deserved. This facility collected in error an additional month of rent after they  knew I vacated the unit -- due to a 40% increase! That was February. This is June and I still have not received the promised refund. Where is their accountability for an error, their follow through on promises and timely correction of a mistake? They keep trapping me in their bureaucracy saying I have to wait 7-10 weeks for a paper mailed checked - rather than a credit to the credit card they used. I've called 8-10 times at this point. No check. No accountability. No information on when I will get it. Ive asked for the district manager contact info to escalate. I'm hung up on. Repeatedly. I've attempted almost everytime to get to the corporate number - I can't get to anyone. The worse thing is Tony and his staff at Walnut Creek seem very very good & I would've recommended this place if this wasn't still happening. It's been 6 months! Ridiculous. If you can charge my card in error - refund my card. Don't do business with this company.

I called Security Public Storage for assistance for rental, and the staff was very friendly, polite, and very helpful. When we visited the office we were very impressed by the clean units and the security features. The prices are excellent, and the staff has gone the extra mile to help with our storage needs to make sure that we have the right unit for the storage capacity for our personal items. The office staff made the paperwork process very simple and easy for us. We were also happy to know that the units have  elevators. With all of the security features we and the professional friendly staff we are very happy with our choice to use Security Public Storage. Thank for the excellent customer service!!!

We had a very good experience with Security Public Storage. We had an emergency need for storage. Whether working on line or on site with their security personnel we were presented with lots of choices and an attractive start up agreement. The use of the on line storage tool for choosing the right size storage compartment Allowed us to choose the best storage space for our needs. All other aspects of the agreement were explained clearly and are meeting our expectations. on move in day access paths for moving in we’re easy and safe to use. We are happy to give a strong recommendation to Secruity Public Storage.

I have rented storage at a few other facilities. I like that this facility has amenities "included": insurance, lights inside each unit. And I really appreciate the fact that Beth has been friendly and personable some people I've worked with at other storage companies have been rude...and some have been downright scary!. Beth took the time to determine what size space I needed in order to help my budget. I also love the fact that Security doesn't have an automatic "bump" in rent at, say, six months or a year's rental of the same space. Life happens, and sometimes you just can't predict how long you'll need storage. It's nice to feel, for a change, that a business is not going to financially punish a customer for their long-term business.

Used their services for a year and I didn’t face any issues. Their units are among the better secured ones I’ve come across so far. Service is fantastic too - they are responsive and helpful by both phone and e-mail.

Really good experience working with Security Public Storage in Walnut Creek. Store managers Tony and Beth took the time to address our payment concerns and find a resolution. Nice facilities, easy to access and well maintained.

I researched storage places and choose this one.  I received my pricing and choose my storage unit.  All was fine until I went to sign the contract.  There was an added fee for insurance, that I don’t remember being told about.  I was fine was that because I understand it is necessary but it was never written down when I was given my pricing.  What did upset me was the price written down was less than the price on my contract.  When I called about it, the person who gave me the pricing was on vacation for several weeks.  The person who did answer my call said there was nothing they could do and the price was what it was on the contract.  I asked to speak to the manager and they were on vacation too.  I did send an email through the website to the company but never heard back.  Since I was in need of the space, I moved my stuff in and everything is fine.  I just was disappointed with the lack of concern by the last person I spoke to.  Their comment to me was “It is just a few dollars, so close enough.”  Well, it is my few dollars over the next year that becomes a few more of my dollars lost.

By far the BEST storage company I've used.  Tony and Beth are wonderful - extremely helpful and accommodating to a renters needs.  They made switching to a smaller unit very easy for me.  The facility is very secure, clean, with well lit hallways and units.  Great location and the prices can't be beat.  Highly recommended !
