WHAT WE DO
Roof, Gutter and Downspout Cleaning
We clean all roof types without harmful pressure washing! We clean your roof and gutters of debris. We will have your downspouts flowing to the ground level, and will clean up the grounds after we are finished.
Moss Cleaning and Treatments
We can kill the moss on almost any surface without using harmful heavy metals like Copper and Zinc. We will first broom off any large debris, then apply our treatment. The remaining moss will turn white. The roots of the moss will shrink in size over the next couple weeks and virtually disappear. Don't worry, what remains is dead and will not be enough debris to fill your gutters. We hose off your plants, furniture and decks with water to help make sure there will be no damage. We do ask that you either move delicate items inside or let us know to bring plastic to cover unmovable plants and or furniture, etc. Please let us know if you have a special furniture, art, plants or other valuable or personal items that we should be aware of before starting this treatment.
Chimney Cleaning and Safety Inspections
We service all chimney types wood, gas, and pellet. We also have a full array of chimney caps and accessories to help you enjoy your heat source.
Window Cleaning
We are your residential window cleaning experts, specializing in difficult to clean areas. We clean inside and out, and screens are always included.
Dryer and Air Vent Cleaning
We clear blockages, inspect for damage and answer any questions or concerns you might have.
Parking Lot Cleaning
We air clean and pick up any garbage that may have collected in the lot or garage. We also suggest a hand sanitizer dispenser next to heavy traffic doors that we could refill.
Snow Plow and Ice Melt Spreading
We are on call for local ice melt spreading and clearing snow from roofs, sidewalks, driveways and parking lots during the snow season. Please keep in mind that commute times are slightly longer than normal during these icy conditions. Always be safe when commuting in dangerous weather and prepare with extra blankets, road flares and let someone know your route and expected time of arrival.
Fall Yard Cleanup and debris removal
We clean up weeds, trim shrubs and general yard maintenance.
