I’ve been taking my dogs to be groomed here for 14 years. We moved to Hailey 12 years ago. I tried to find groomers up here but was never satisfied. Box of Barks treats me and my dogs with respect and they do excellent work.

Best place in town to leave your pup while on vacation and to get groomed! Everyone there is always friendly and welcoming we when arrive and pick up. We love knowing they offer different day care or day school training options as well and Ares loves playing with all the staff and other dogs there. Would highly recommend and trust them.

This was my first visit to Box of Barks. I recently moved to Idaho from out of state and was worriedabout finding a groomer for my toy yorkie. I checked out BofB online and decided i would drive the hour to try it out. I felt comfortable right away.  I chatted quickly with the groomer and felt even more at ease.  Casey/Kacie?? Sorry I'm not sure how she spells her name literally did exactly what I was hoping for.  Well definitely will be back!  Before pic in blue harness.  After in the bandana.  So stinking cute!

We feel so blessed to have the most amazing doggy groomer Mia has ever had. Her cut is always perfectly cute. The staff at  A box of barks is so Friendly, kind and really care about our fur babies as a dog mom you know when your baby is treated good and not. I can tell they were gentle and sweet to Mia by the way she acts  when I pick her up. Thank you A Box of Barks

Box of Barks has been a fantastic experience. While the onboarding process is thorough required 30min meet/greet and day of daycare, it helps to ensure your pets are all safe and sound.  We've boarded and done daycare, while the dogs are excited to see us at the end, it's obvious they get plenty of play time with the other dogs with how tired they are when they come home!  We will definitely keep using A Box of Barks as our go-to when we need a date night, go on vacations, or just want the dogs to get some socialization and playtime.

My dog loves this place.  If I mention Their name, she starts jumping up and down and is trying to grab her bag and leash.  The staff is kind and if you have questions, they will be happy to answer.  They are caring people.

We took our dogs here to board for 2&1/2 days, provided the food & scoop with feeding instructions. They ended up not using the scoop we provided and used their own, so they ended up feeding our dogs half the amount they were supposed to because their scoop is half the size of ours. Not the end of the world, but something worth noting. The owner did call me, and sent me videos of them eating, and said they were going to clarify with owners in the future about the exact amount of food in cups instead of scoops. I updated the amount of stars because it was an unintentional mistake, but our dogs still did go with half the amount of food they are used to for 2 & 1/2 days.

I wanted to get my doggies Nails trimmed and I was able to get right in and they did a fantastic job. I was concerned about a couple of the nails curling and they did great with that too. I'm very grateful! It was also at a very reasonable price.

I took Orsa, my Great Pyrenees who is an outside guardian, to be groomed for the first time in her three year life. The staff was kind and patient and also very professional! Orsa will visit again!
