From a first-timer: exceptional service and quality. Jim is the best. A Cut Above exceeded all my expectations. This was my first time there. Jim squeezed me in later in the day. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the pristine cleanliness of the place. Maintaining such a spotless environment as a barbershop is already a true accomplishment! Jim is a professional who knows his craft. His scissor cut technique was nothing short of phenomenal. He was quick and smooth about his work. And, the conversation was lively. Great little locally owned barber shop and salon. Made an appointment with Jim who was understanding and accommodating. Was very patient with my 8 year old son and did a great job on our hair. He also accommodated my brother who really just tagged along and didn't have an appointment. Thank you Jim we are "A Cut Above" family now.
