Not really a Macy's person. Basically feel everything is over priced but hey that could just be me. My mom wanted to check it out so we did. Saw some shoes I liked but even on sale it was a bit much for me to justify the purchase so did not get them. The store was clean and organized. #igotissues
A good store, a wide selection of clothes for men, women and children, perfumes and jewelry. All the world's leading brands are represented here and everyone will find clothes to their taste and for any season. Large Parking, restaurants and cafes are located nearby. On working days there are not many people at all, you can safely choose and change clothes, there are no queues at the checkout.
Macy's is a beautiful place but no customer service people to help you. I went to Bra section and the lady that marks down prices bless her heart was trying to help me an she really didn't know what she was doing. Several of us seniors were looking for help. No way to call for help not that I saw. I was there around 10-11 in the morning
First cashier I encountered with my return sent me to another cashier. 2nd Cashier didn't complete return. Sent me to another Area, which returned me to original Cashier. A very nice knowledgeable manager had to correct error to obtain a receipt. Took almost one hour.
I went into store to return boots and get new ones on Sunday. Two women "working" in shoe dept were sitting on seats having conversation not helping anyone. I asked where I can do a return and she ignored my question. I went to two other debts and no one was around. Found a very rude associate at purses to return and purchase new boots. She was being nasty to the customer in front of me who asked a reasonable question. Macy's in Toledo,Ohio is vastly different than the experience at the Cleveland Heights store. II tried to call the store and, literally pressed button for EVERY dept and not one person ever answered the phone!!!! All men's,women's, childrens home NO ANSWER! , AM NEVER STEPPING FOOT THERE AGAIN. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I then went to Beachwood Place and bought the purses and cologne/perfumes on my list. Macys lost big sales for rude customer service. Done.
Not well maintained and quality of clothes is poor. Macy's used to be stylish, good quality and good value but now it's expensive with mediocre products that are have no idea of what's in style. Some good deals on shoes and home goods occasionally.
Macy's is a beautiful store! Not a store for impulse buying. If you need a quality item, like a coat or a bottle of perfume, come here for sure.
This was a huge inconvenience… they sent me the shoes with the security tag still on the shoes. When asked how to rectify they wanted me to send them back and wait another 5-7 days to for them to receive them and then another 5-7 days for them to send them back.
Ordered a bed for my daughter. It was delivered without putting it together. The delivery people were supposed to put it together, but left it for my daughter to do herself. Unbelievably poor customer service. Not what I bargained for. Lame excuses. Not willing to fix the problem or to make it better. Stay away and do not get furniture from Macy’s
Sort of sad! I hadn't been in a Macy's for thirty years. This one felt more like a Sears. Tired decor. Gap-toothed merchandising. Few staff on the floor, few cash points open. But the staff member who cashed us out was friendly and competent. Too bad for Macy's.
