This is one of my favorite stores. Must sign up for the rewards program. I love the staff and cleanliness of the place. Nice affordable clothes and shoes. I love their two piece outfits and this jacket is my favorite. LOVE THIS PLACE

Bought some sandals and on my first time wearing them the strap came unglued. I tried to return them but they said they couldn't except them cause they were used. Will NOT be buying anymore shoes from here. Walmart sandals last longer. I'm sure their clothes is cheap as well.

Store manager Alexis went above and beyond. Staff very friendly. Galleria store was a complete nightmare and there ladies went above and beyond and I appreciate their customer service. They get it. Thank you!

Rude employees. Don't help you look for anything just point at racks where the item "might be" in a rude manner. At least smile and have a nice attitude about it then is acceptable smh. Lack of customer service skills. Cute clothes tho.

They never open ON TIME. It's always 5-10 mins after 10. People have things to do and if they're coming as soon as the store is "suppose" to open then it needs to be open. It's very frustrating and hot outside to be waiting because they are in the back playing. Then come running to unlock the door. Please do better

This store is more for the teens to early 20's woman. The clothes are very inexpensive and not really high quality. The styles are trendy and what young ladies are wearing these days.

Girls at the cashier don’t like dealing with returns & refunds even if you are being polite towards them beware you will get an attitude.

When you have an emergency but don't want the wait or expense of traditional hospital E.R.'s, I highly recommend Neighbours!
