Barney did a great job of helping my ex-wife and I understand the divorce process, documentation, and key decisions. He did a good job of gently correcting misunderstandings about how the divorce process works, he has a great energy for facilitating mediation, and his pricing is very fair. There are a lot of situations where divorcing couples need their own individual lawyers, but if you aren’t in those situations, you’ll save a ton of stress and money working with Barney.
I highly recommend mediation with Barney Connaughton with A Healthy Divorce. He was very patient and listened to our concerns. He was able to resolve our differences and come up with a divorce plan that works for us. So thankful we chose Barney and we saved a lot of money by not going the lawyer route. Barney did an excellent job guiding our family through the divorce process and assembling the final settlement agreement. Barney Connaughton is great at what he does. Instead of making matters worse in a tense and heartbreaking situation, he is able to resolve things peacefully.
