Today I went to get my meds, I went right in the morning because i have to take my meds in the morning, I can not take them any other time. Normally my meds cost me 10 dollars.. today it was 117! I explained to the girl working storm was her name that was wrong and to please make sure they were billing the right insurance. She stated that they were billing insurance and that was correct. I said no that I not correct I have my insurance card right here with me can you please check to make sure it’s right.. she told me now and used GoodRX to bring it down to 30 and asked if that was okay. I told her no that is not okay, she still wasn’t using my insurance. She told me that my insurance deductible was probably not met and that’s why my insurance wasn’t going through. I left talked to my insurance and had no claims for this meds refill.. I called the pharmacy and explained what happened and they lady Amy told me that the girl before was billing the wrong insurance.. wasted my time and was rude to me about not just checking that they were using the right insurance. I have been picking these meds up from this pharmacy for over a year and have never had my bill be wrong before so I knew it was something on her end, why I wanted her to double check but no that was too hard for her apparently. So now I have to go without my meds that I NEED because she wouldn’t listen to me.
My husband was just given a higher dose pill then the bottle said. Check your meds!! They keep saying that the script is ready then something always comes up and everything it is meijers fault. What a joke.. also if there is a problem, why do they not call? It's heart medication!!!!
I have filled scripts several times here and I keep forgetting how strict and how condescending the pharmacist is… they won’t let you get scripts a few days early even if you need a small backup for emergencies… I have one car, only front wheel drive which isn’t dependable in winter… I will never get my scripts here again!
Only thing I was unhappy with is their automated phone system. How do you text a landline?
I guess you shouldn't hold it against the company? But meijer in Indiana has a lot more capabilities filling scripts than this location. I also can't help but feel it's specific to who we are and the types of scripts we need but Three Rivers Meijer sure refuses to fill certain meds for certain people...
ALWAYS a problem. I use both the Three Rivers and Shaver Rd Meijer Pharmacies because it is convenient when I get groceries once a week. However, it is sadly becoming more convenient to drive to another company even though I still get my groceries there because 9 times out of 10 there is a problem when trying to fill my prescription and I either have to wait or pick it up another time. Examples I've had: -Notification my prescription is ready...I get there and it's not ready and have to wait for 20min. -Notification my prescription is ready...I get there and they tell me they had issues filling it because they needed a refill notice from my doctor and cannot fill it...why didn't you call and tell me and still "fill" my prescription and send me a notice that it was ready then?? -Refill from the app and TRIPLE check that it is filled at the right location and it is often sent to the wrong location. I capped TRIPLE check because that's how many times I have to make sure I had the right location since this problem has happened multiple times. -Got a flu shot through them and it was very unorganized. Was told they were ready, then they weren't ready, then when they were ready they told me the kind I needed was out of stock why didn't you tell me when I requested it. They were also very unknowledgeable regarding any prenatal questions I had or concerns getting a flu shot since I am in the process of trying to conceive a child. They have issues with their app, training, process/system and it needs some major help. The only good thing I can say is they are a very nice staff, but that's about it.
At my wits end with this pharmacy and have finally decided to switch back to Walgreens. I hardly ever had problems with Walgreens and checkout was always quick. I started going here because it’s convenient to get groceries and prescriptions at same time, but there is almost always a problem. Even if your app tells you your pills are ready, sometimes they aren’t. So I stopped relying on the app and started calling, even calling and making sure I still end up having problems like they sent my pills to wrong store, but their computer system showed it was filled or they can’t find my order or they filled wrong drug or they have technical issues. On top of them always having problems there is always a long wait in drive thru and inside. They are very unorganized and slow. Only good thing I can say is they’re usually very kind.
I've been to several different pharmacies and this one is the best. You can pick up your prescriptions inside or drive thru. The staff are very friendly and eager to help and answer any questions you have. My favorite part is their phone app, no need to call in for refills.
Very friendly an helpful .i called to see if could get my meds there cUse mine had closed an they couldnt help cause had already sent my script to my pharmacy which was closed an i didnt know was closing early so i had go without for 3 days it wasnt thier fault an they tried an wanted to help so im thankful.
I wonder why they wait until following day, when receiving prescriptions from doctors, to fill them. I've had to request prescription to be filled same day and then, told it will be an hour which really ends up being 1 1/2 to 2 hours while I wait.
