Kimberlee at pharmacy was beyond difficult and rude to deal with. Manager said he would take care of it. Obviously others have left reviews of her nastiness and she’s still there. She has a complex for who knows what reason.

Pharmacy technician did her best. The senior tech I encountered was quite rude. I am a pharmacy technician certified and was lied to by senior technician as well as lied to due to laziness. I would not recommend this location due to the senior tech in my experience today. Once again I still hold my license and would have gone above and beyond and not lie to patients. I do not recommend this location.

Did my first online order for curbside pickup. I ordered Nicorette lozenges along with other things. I didn’t realize I would have to go into the store to show my ID for the lozenges and I have Covid. I called the store while I was in the parking lot and ended up being helped by Matt the store manager. He took the time to come out to my car and have me put my ID against the window so I could get ALL of my order, then brought my order out to my car. Thank you Matt for going above and beyond for me!!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR COVID TESTING!!! We had to get a COVID test for summer camp so went to Three Walgreens on Monday with promised results within 24-48 hours and they totally dropped the ball and didn’t provide us with results by Wednesday in fact they couldn’t even locate the test tracking information or provide any assistance whatsoever. After a huge runaround and calling the number provided we learned that PWN provides results, Aegis Laboratory does the test analysis and none of them had any information on the location of the test much less results a full 48 hours later! Do yourself a a favor and go to Three Rivers Pharmacy instead!! We were freaking out that my 10 year old wasn’t going to be able to attend camp! Thank goodness for Three Rivers Pharmacy! We were able to get an actual person to answer the phone don’t bother at Walgreens you’ll be going in circles with a phone robot forever and once we finally got someone on the phone he was literally of no assistance whatsoever and at one point actually said “I just work here,” when a manager was requested of course that person was on vacation. Don’t waste your time or energy. If you want prompt test results, go somewhere else.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great people in the pharmacy department. One pharmacist, pinky? She's absolutely awful. Half the time, she won't release your prescriptions on time, so you're stuck going days without antidepressants, inhalers, etc. I'll be switching pharmacies really soon. The staff blatantly lies about insurance information, saying your insurance won't cover a medication. You call you insurance company and find out they do cover it and instructed the pharmacy to fill the prescription.

Kim in the pharmacy is very rude and when u call with a question she acts like you should know what's going on she is the worst person I have talked to she needs to find a different job that's not customer service because she must really hate people

Kim in the pharmacy must really hate her life and job. It’s unfortunate when you call a place to check on a delayed prescription and they treat you as if you’re wasting there time like they got better things to do....

I basically only come here to get pictures printed, as I do amateur photography. Walgreens has more options for framing and printing than Meijer and Walmart for basically the same price. I got a floating frame picture from here recently and it turned out very well.

Fantastic pharmacy staff! They know me when I come in and always make sure to add my reward points to my account!

We have had great service with our TR Walgreens.
