I sat in the drive through for half a hour without moving! I finally went inside and got it in less then 2 minutes but Lord isn't a drive through supposed to be fast? What about people who have a hard time getting inside and don't have the money to fix their ac? I advise anyone to please seek out a different pharmacy if you're disabled unless you want to have a heat stroke.

So happy with their service. Much better than Walmart or local pharmacies! They carry what others can't get it. Very polite employees! They need more Meijers in Indiana. I live in Austin and will drive all the way to New Albany just for their Service. I don't see what others are complaining about! Walmart charges $68 for my med, Meijers is only $28!

Very helpful at the pharmacy.  My pharmacy closed out on an NDC Product  and they took over so I could get my medication on time.  Thankful they carried what I needed.

Slowest pharmacy ever. One car in front of me and waited half an hour. This place is getting worse than Kroger pharmacy in New Albany.

I picked up a prescription there last winter.  The guy filling my RX sneezed about 2 feet from my face and didn't even cover his mouth. Nor did he apologize!  So gross.

I have been using this pharmacy since I've started getting a regular prescription for over a year. I've never had any problems until I did. The biggest complaint I have is how rude the employees were.

I used their pharmacy for years, until recently. Every month my doctor calls my script in & almost every month they don’t have it, or they have partial. I wouldn’t mind it but when I go to pick up the rest of the script they say once I’m there that they don’t have it. They do not send out a courtesy call or nothing regarding that, you would think if they didn’t have someone’s medicine that they’d call & let the person know...nope. Rude employees, unpleasant & unprofessional. I will not be using their pharmacy anymore, good luck to those who do!

Unfortunately,  I've had doctors office suggest using a different pharmacy. I always am told to fill my medicines that "it will take up to a week" until they can get that medicine it. Currently they have messed one prescription up 3 times, have had to contact my doctors office,  and then filled an incorrect prescription from a completely different doctor I was the one to correct the mistake. They have more than once only gave me "a 5 days dose" on a heart medicine and told me i would have to come back to get the rest filled prompting my heart doctor to advise me getting a new pharmacy. I've dropped off prescriptions before, came back 2 hours later to be told they don't carry that medicine. They have my number on file and did not bother to contact me. I then struggled to get the electronic prescription moved to another office.

I love love love this pharmacy! All the pharmacists greet me with a smile and a hello.  They know me and my family along with our history.  It reminds me of the days back where people took the time to get to know you. &lt;3

Fast friendly n always have my meds in stock unlike other places
