I usually have had good experiences with enterprise so it might just be this location, but I got my car from them and it was super dirty and stained as well as smelled like smoke which is funny because they kept stressing to me before getting the car not to smoke in the car. I was in such a hurry at the moment I didn’t think much about it but my kids and wife have had physical reactions to the smoke smell.
They made gave us the keys to our rental car then we had to push it out of the snowy parking spot it was in and clean the ice off of it while the employees watched and did nothing. I would assume that when I rent a car I don’t have to get it un-stuck from the spot it is in at the rental car company’s parking lot. One of the employees also bragged to us about how much he made which was actually really sad.
Rented a van and literally no antifreeze in the van!! It broke down abt 7 hrs from home. I was told I had to figure out a way to get a new car!! Horrible office manager Andrea. Customer service at the finest! Finally got a replacement in the middle of a desert and the second vechicle breaks down less then 24 hrs after getting the new one. Computer failure. Stuck in the middle of no where. When I asked about a refund I was told we will see… we will see!! 2 vans break down completely in 2 days….let me see…every dime will come back to me Andrea! You called me by my first name over and over. We need to see what the manager name is. Worst customer service I have dealt with in a long time. First things, clean the cars And check the fluid.
Sam and his crew were amazing. They upgraded my car with no problems. I appreciate wonderful customer service. I highly recommend this location. They went above an beyond to make this rental work. And the car was perfect. Awd clean mini SUV. Thank you!
Great staff and location here at Enterprise Utah. Phill was an excellent help, helped do a thorough inspection of the vehicle prior to leaving the facility. Microphone for the in car phone system was not functional but other than that the vehicle was perfect. Lauren helped troubleshoot an issue with extending the rental days, something she explained cannot be done on the APP. Always a pleasure renting with Enterprise.
Very good customer service! Sam and his crew did a wonderful job making sure I was happy. One worker even clean the snow off a my car after he dropped me off at the auto repair shop!
Literally one of the worst places to get a rental car from. I was in a hit and run with my vehicle while I was in my apartment and had to deal with this. Talked to my insurance and they didn’t want to do anything with the rental so now I am in a situation where they Charged me $500 for the damages and comes back and asks for more. I am now without $800 because enterprise charges too much for they’re repairs. Like give me the upfront cost and leave it at that. I tried to resolve it with someone at this location with no luck. Absolutely the worst experience with a rental car. Going somewhere else for my business.
Absolutely incredible customer service from Sam. We arrived over an hour after they had closed. The place was completely deserted. Only when finding the door locked did we realize they had closed earlier at 5pm. We had just flown into the Provo airport and taken an Uber. Standing out front contemplating how we were going to get to our our place for the night Sam emerged from inside the building and saved the day. He mentioned he was just back there doing paper work when he noticed us and was more than happy to help us get our vehicle. Sam could have simply ignored us and we would have never even known he was there inside, instead he took the time and energy to help us out even when he had no duty to do so. He demonstrated not only excellent customer service but genuine kindness.
So to start off, if you look at the majority of the bad reviews for this location, it's people who barely review or only post bad reviews. In contrast, all of those with more than 30 reviews under their belts gave this place good reviews. That being said. This has been one of the best car rental locations I know of. I was in a rough spot and fighting with my insurance. Brayden and the Provo team were extremely good to us and helped give us an excellent rate. They saved my family's vacation. I would give 10 stars if possible.
Fantastic car rental location!! I was unexpectedly stuck in Utah because of a broken down car and couldn't find anyone to rent to me because I have a temporary license. This location made it happen, and also went above and beyond to give me a ride to the train station when I returned the car. Highly recommended!!
