Excellent service! They even came to my house to pick me up! The manager was very helpful and fast! I was only there for about 10.. minutes even though they were busy, thank you so much!

I arrived about 30-40 minutes later than the original pick up time. The car was not ready for pickup. Once we reviewed the car, it was clear that the car had not been well cleaned. There were stains on some of the seats and the front dashboard and steering wheel had clearly not been cleaned I wiped them down later and was horrified to see how  dirty they were. The associate who helped me apologized and used the strain remover herself to get out some things on the seats. As I drove away I also found a terrible smell when I turned on the air and had to drive with the windows down in 90 degree weather to get the smell out. Overall, help at the front desk was great, but the attention to detail in ensuring the car was clean was lacking. I've rented from many Enterprise locations before and this was the lowest quality of car cleaning I've ever had.

Picking up my car at the Provo, UT location on Univ Ave was probably the fastest, smoothest car pick-up I've ever had. After-hours return was also simple. The car was in great shape. No complaints.

Adam E. and Sam H. have shown the epitome of exceptional customer service for my car rental. My parents had a great experience with this location a few months back so when I got into an auto accident last Friday, I knew I wanted to rent from this location as well. In the stressful aftermath of being in an accident, Adam and Sam each went above and beyond to make renting from them a positive experience. Not to mention I'm super impressed with their professionalism and good old fashioned manners that you seem to see less and less in the world we live in. Adam and Sam each went to bat for me when the insurance company of the party at fault was making it difficult for me to get into a rental that would accommodate my needs. If you want to be treated well and feel what it's like to be on the receiving end of professional courtesy, talk with Adam and Sam and the rest of the team at this enterprise!

Sam and Braden were seriously the best. They made the process of getting a rental super easy after I was in an accident. They even were able to upgrade my vehicle for free with a quick phone call to the insurance company which was great! Super friendly, honest, and genuine 5/5 star service.

They were pretty friendly but there were a few issues.  First was that we had requested a mini Van weeks before and when we showed up they only had a Jeep. They told us they’d let us know when a van came in so we could swap it out. They never did so my wife finally called. They still didn’t have one so they called the Spanish Fork location. Turns out the Spanish Fork location had several for weeks.  Second, they gave us the car with less than a half of tank of fuel. That made it super difficult to get it back at the same amount of fuel.  So overall service was ok but not great.

They made gave us the keys to our rental car then we had to push it out of the snowy parking spot it was in and clean the ice off of it while the employees watched and did nothing. I would assume that when I rent a car I don’t have to get it un-stuck from the spot it is in at the rental car company’s parking lot. One of the employees also bragged to us about how much he made which was actually really sad.

As always the people at the provo location are AMAZING...fast, friendly, and thorough. Even tho I use the friends and family discount, I would use them with or without a discount. Cars are always clean & ready or options for others are available if not. I like their service.

I usually have had good experiences with enterprise so it might just be this location, but I got my car from them and it was super dirty and stained as well as smelled like smoke which is funny because they kept stressing to me before getting the car not to smoke in the car. I was in such a hurry at the moment I didn’t think much about it but my kids and wife have had physical reactions to the smoke smell.

Great staff and location here at Enterprise Utah. Phill was an excellent help, helped do a thorough inspection of the vehicle prior to leaving the facility. Microphone for the in car phone system was not functional but other than that the vehicle was perfect. Lauren helped troubleshoot an issue with extending the rental days, something she explained cannot be done on the APP. Always a pleasure renting with Enterprise.
