I signed up for a reiki class with Cherie and it was the best experience! I was very nervous to try something new, but Cherie made me feel very comfortable and welcomed into her space as soon as I got there. Cherrie from A Reiki World helped me out in too many ways to count. I went to reiki to help with my anxiety, depression and just out of balance feelings during a difficult time that spanned years. At first I started weekly for awhile and immediately noticed a difference each time I left: I felt clearer, lighter and ready to tackle the next week. She also helped me understand what chakras were and what they meant when they were blocked. From there I went to see Cherrie every 2 weeks for maintenance and I found myself more in tune with what I was feeling and how I can help myself. This first step into energy healing has helped me in ways no medicine ever could. It has given me a different perspective and awareness of myself and those around me. I will be forever grateful to Cherrie and what reiki has given me.
