A Storybook Farm

Nice little shop with a selection of english and western products. Blankets, halters, sport boots, halters, etc. Found a small selection of supplements and dog products as well as other misc horse stuff and decor. Sales person was very helpful! Prices were good as well! I wish the hours were a bit longer, but will definitely go back when looking for tack items in the future.

I went to this store one time before and had a great experience in purchasing some items for my horse. The gentleman then was very nice. Just bought more items from this store and the gal was not only very informative but was very cordial and nice so i bought more from them. But heres where the one star comes in ...i would give no stars if i could and will not Ever shop here again. Im assuming the elderly gentleman that was there was the owner and was very rude and disrespectful to me as a customer just after i had spent more money at his establishment...I had asked the gal if there were any stables close by and asked her name because she was a wonderful help...he came out of the back asked me why im asking her name and informed me they do not give any advice for my horse because if something goes wrong ill come back at them...i told him im not that kind of person. But that didnt matter and im thinking first off you are a tack shop selling products for horses you should be recommending things to help the customer. I very easily could have just returned everything back that i bought but this lady took the time with me and was an exceptional help. But as i said i will never ever come back to this store or spend any money again here... That was not the way you treat a customer and would suggest in the future to have and keep customers he leave his rude comments and attutude to himself...Its too bad cause i liked this place till now......

Just went here today for the first time and it was great! Great prices, guy there was very very helpful and couldn't do enough for us! Plenty of western and English tack as well as supplements fly spray ect! Will be back often!

Good, old-fashioned customer service. Great place to trade extra tack you may have.

This place is great has a little bit of everything for your equestrian needs. Good customer service!
