Brought two of my kids here for the first time and they were AMAZING. My son is autistic and they worked with him so well. They talked with him through every step. Yes the area isn’t the greatest, looks sketchy and wish maybe they were located somewhere else but I have looked long for a good dentist for my kids!

Best dentist we have been to. They were able to handle my very scared HF ASD daughter and did great on her caps which she had to be put under and the dentist in Azle couldn't do about 2 years ago and now take great care of my baby girl too now 2... this will now be the only dentist office we will go to as long as we live in DFW.  They love the waiting area, although it would be great if they had more play things for younger kids, and they loved waiting for the dentist and watching TV on the ceiling. :

Dr. Preece is very kind and excellent with children. I have no issues with any of the hygienists but the real star of the office is definitely Josephine. She is such a wonderful lady and she really gets things handled. My youngest has some issues that required anesthesia for dental work and while it was scary as a parent, the anesthesiologist was excellent and the procedure was done efficiently and without complications thus far. My sons will continue to go to this office and I will recommend to our friends and family.

I absolutely love and recommend this place. I've visited many other dentists and there's always long wait times, way too many patients, etc. I started taking my eldest son, now 6 years old, when he was 6 months at the location in Arlington, unfortunately that one closed but I happened to move to River Oaks and I was so glad this location stayed open. The staff is so sweet and amazing with all my kids. The receptionist, the nurses, the doctors, they always let me go in with my kids and inform me of every procedure.

Putting one star because that is the only option I have. Absolutely no communication what so ever. Took my kids in for some extensive work back in June. My daughter was set to have surgery in her teeth towards the end of July at 7am. After taking 3 days off of work I get a phone call at 8pm THE NIGHT BEFORE HER SURGERY to tell me they were going to have to cancel and someone would call to reschedule. A month later no still no call, no phone calls of mine returned. Finally got ahold of someone and was able to get my daughter rescheduled. Called 3 days in a row to get surgery prep instructions and never got a phone call back. I called the morning of her surgery to find out the financial assistance application that I filled out 3MONTHS AGO still was not complete and in order for my daughter to have her surgery THAT day I would have to pay close to $3000 out of pocket. Don’t even waste your time.

Absolutely wonderful! they let me know exactly what was wrong and actually showed me and explained everything to me & also explains very well what needs to be done. Very very gentle with my kids4yrs & 2yrs they actually stood still and dentist got to do the exam without my help or me holding down my child. they are amazing, seriously! i have been moving around dentists to find the right one for my kids and one they feel comfortable with and i must say it took me awhile but i found the perfect one! i seriously recommend them to everybody that ask me where i take my boys to the dentist, i tell them they cant go wrong with taking them here, my nephews now go here & also my little sister! they are AMAZING!

We have been using this clinic for many years. My kids have always had a pleasant and stress-free experience.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for any kids at all, my son needed work done and was in pain and they still scheduled him for an appointment for a week later. They also tried to tell me my insurance wouldn’t cover anything witch wasn’t true. How ever I do recommend fossil ridge dentistry, they were able to see my son and fix his teeth same day.

Disgusting. Looks like they never clean, holes and sticky hands all over the ceiling, definitely no precautions taken against covid, and did my daughters caps wrong and her teeth broke so now she has to get even more work done. Not to mention the area itself is terrible unsafe. Don’t come here.

I absolutely love this place. Each individual staff member is amazing. I have been bringing my son here for years and I couldn't be more happy!! They explain everything in details and are very patient and gentle with the kids. One specific thing that I love is as soon as we walk in they greet us and they always remember my sons name and even the conversation we had previously. They acknowledge you. I highly recommend this place.
