Walked in , waiting room was very comfortable . They were ready to take my information as soon as I got there. Staff was very professional ,but also very friendly . When I was called back for my MRI /MRA,I was advised of everything that was going to be done,so that there were no surprises . The lady who did my MRI /MRA also advised me of what was to take place,and the order in which it was done. Very very nice place and super nice employees . 5 out of 5 !
Worst customer service experience I’ve had I called about my image visit I recently just had and to check on my records which where not completed so I ask for and official office visit letter no phone reception was able to assist they kept placing me on hold and transferred me multiple times and then finally left me on hold I call back and ask for a manager and was placed on a even longer silent hold.Finally spoke to a manager but email was sent to incorrect email due to phone rep taking it incorrectly and after I called back to informed I didn’t receive the email the rep said she will ask for it to be resend nothing still .After all this email finally came . The front desk rep attitude is too much and not enough customer support she doesn’t take her job seriously and Needs more training
I write 9 positive reviews everytime I have to write a negative review. 1. Really difficult to get a timely arthrogram scan, weeks plural for ANY of their locations. 2. They have no capability to send a scan ordered back to the doctor or at least don't know how to use DropBox or similar. It's 2023. 3. I asked when I was leaving if they would send a copy to my ordering doctor. "Yes Sir, we will today!" 4. 10 days later, no scans to my doctor 5. Did you send it? "No, you have to drive an hour up here to pick up a CD" "Well is there someway that you can send it to the doctor?" "Yes, we can snail mail it." "Okay, do that please." 6. 10 days later, ordering doctor still has no disk. 7. I'm a month delayed on any results, surgery, healing because of Prime Diagnostic Imaging. 8. Quite frankly I was treated promptly, fairly and paid $850 some odd in cash WHILE I WAS THERE. Getting in is difficult. Getting results paid for may be impossible.
The customer service is poor, the front office personnel probably need further training on customer service . She is rude and condensing.. she didn’t even respond to our “good evening” greetings when we walked in. My husband don’t understand English well, so I have to answer some questions on his behalf… but the lady in the front rudely intruded saying “ you are the patient so I don’t answer the questions”, this is despite after I told her, I am the wife and I am the legal representative of my husband. But she still insisted that I shut-up and not to answer with a very rude voice tone!!!!!! Such an unpleasant person!!!! If she not happy with her job, she needs to find another one. She is not representing the company well!!!!!
I have had two MRI’s and both experiences were great. My last one which was last Friday was exceptional! The front desk gentleman was very friendly and professional. My tech was a female that made me feel extremely comfortable. She made my experience much more soothing. If I could give them more stars I would. They were amazing!!! Great customer service and professionalism! Thank you again, for a great experience!
This place is causing a headache for the family... Keep having to reschedule because something abiut the doctor's leaving at a certain time? They suggest the one in North Dallas, but we come from Ferris and have to go to therapy treatment at Desoto. Costing us time and money gas prices, hello??!! And this the only "closest convenience" for us... having little to no answers at all as to why they can't keep up with my family member's appointments, making it frustrating for us to keep coming back here with no results. They couldn't do it right there and then when it was bright & early, with there's barely any clients? Really?
Let me start off by saying that the ONLY reason I'm utilizing their services is because this is a Department of Labor approved procedure at their facility. I was on HOLD TO SCHEDULE an appointment to get my arthrogram of my shoulder done for 12 minutes. When I finally hung up and called back I was on hold for 5 minutes before the automated system asked me to press 1 to be put in que for a call back. I have not been to the office for my MRI, however; I will be informing my specialist of their treatment and I will NOT be going back there for a procedure again.
This is very possibly one of the easiest experiences I’ve had getting imaging, I don’t really get imaging often but I can say that the receptionist ladies made me feel welcomed and were nice as soon as I came in. Let alone all the staff in the back were very sweet understanding and willing to explain whenever I asked. I absolutely love the people and the atmosphere there
I had a lumbar spine MRI at the Duncanville location yesterday. What an outstanding staff at that location, as well as the young lady who scheduled me! Everyone from the receptionist, to the lady who screened before entry, to the gentleman who escorted me back were professional and pleasant. I was particularly impressed by the technician who performed the MRI, Sara. She explained everything and was very caring in making sure I was comfortable, not cold, and prepared for what would happen. After she finished I wondered why they could not figure out how to do an MRI without all the noise and she explained how they were done with radio waves, not radiation. She was so very knowledgeable. I was in and out in under an hour!
Son had scheduled appointment for 3:30 pm and arrived before time to complete paperwork. Told by staff that insurance authorization had not been verified prior to visit. Set in waiting room for 1.5 hours before being called to the back. Employee CHRIS was very unprofessional and told me I wasn't allowed to go with my child when he was called to the back for an MRI after I had watched family member after family member go to the back with their relatives. Great customer service is a key component in any establishment. Courtesy and respect goes a long way and it's sad to know that its not practiced by all who work at this location. If I had a choice to give a rating of NO STARS I would. The wait is entirely too long. Hope I never have to come back here again. Worst experience ever. Over 2 hours sitting and still waiting.
