It’s sad I called at 630pm and was told by clerk that they had 16 people and was not taking any more patient because they close at 8:00 “And only 1 doctor “ And told a Hispanic couple they close in 45 minutes . But Where are the patients that are waiting. Then was really trying to turn me around after I did my paperwork online that was the only reason they seen me.. As a health care professional this was very uncaring people are sick out here. And as I’m typing this there’s no one in the waiting room and no one outside waiting. They getting people in and out. The nurse Lvn and the doctor that seen me was so nice and caring and I was informed there’s” Two Doctors”. But the older clerk Said “ the system was supposed to be close but I’am take you any” Yeah after I did your job by signing my HIppa paperwork and signing . Was talking care of and out in 45 minutes And to the real care now professional license staff Thank you We have to Do Better it’s not just a Job Happy Halloween

The whole entire staff was great! From the time I walked in the door til the time I was seen and left. Service was quick and the doctor was excellent! It’s very rare now a days you get service like I received today! I got there close to closing and was still seen without an attitude. Love the staff at Wheatland location.

I had a good experience. I didn't have to wait too long and when I finally got back to the care area I was welcomed by Kendra Thompson. She was professional, cordial and friendly. She took care of me and we shared a few laughs in regards to my new position at Ford. Thanks for getting me in and out expeditiously Kendra.

My first visit—I decided I’d schedule the 8am time and I showed up sat in the parking lot waiting for a call/text from 7:45 to 9:00 before I called inside—finally go inside waited another 45 minutes before being taken to a room then sat there a good thirty minutes before the doctor came in for less than 10 minutes. If I only rate the little bit of time I interacted with people I might have been able to add the other star-I think I’m being generous wth what I’ve given. I did see another person peek out of the room and say they been waiting an hour—-maybe it common practice there

I was injured at work in May. I did NOT get My complete physical therapy. MRI shows no acute damage so My employer is done paying even though there is NO abatement of pain. Your DOCTOR offered ibuprofen! Seriously... if this were an ibuprofen issue you would NEVER have seen Me. I am immensely disappointed and frustrated. I can sleep about four or five hours a night. When that's not enough I sleep in a chair. And YOU offered ibuprofen. I'm nowhere NEAR recovered but when I wanted to go to a different location where the therapist MIGHT actually run the whole course of therapy, YOUR DOCTOR sent Me back to work... with NO restrictions... I'm still working to figure THAT out!

The wait was long of course, but the service and the staff was so kind. They helped me so much with what I needed. The doctor I had talked to was beyond amazing and professional. Everyone was just awesome!

Dr. Paige was great. I appreciate her considering how one medication could—more likely than not—aggravate my existing GI condition. The nurse gave a painless injection. Front desk personnel were professional from the phone to come in to exit. Thxs.

Very welcoming, efficient, front desk staff. Waited only a couple of minutes to see the NP, who was very knowledgeable and explained everything, and answered all my questions. Would definitely come back, if needed.

Visited the care now on I-20 and Wheatland today. It was a great experience. Latrina and Mary took my blood and I didn’t feel anything. They were very polite and knowledgeable. Thanks for the service.

I came in last minute for a pre employment drug screening test. This sweet young lady I should have asked her name she pre highlighted everything for me so I can fill the paperwork out faster. She took care of everything so that I could meet my time before my ePassport expired. I'm so thankful for her assistance and care she put into getting me through in a very timely manner. You care and show great customer service. For the record I came in 10/26 @ about 10:30am my name is Regenia Allen that day you had on Burgundy scrubs and sat at the desk area to the left.
