I called before I came in. I asked as many questions about what I needed and how much it would cost. I told them I was going out of town on Friday and would need then, they said it will be ready. I'm up here on the time they told me it would be ready and the doors are closed and locked. The husband is standing outside and the wife came from around back. Said I was supposed to be there at 6 but my receipt says 6:30!!! Then she tells me they are not ready and walks away. Before I pulled off, they tell me they will be ready in a hour and gets in car and drives away! At 8:25 I was giving my gold and they don't fit. Smh

I haven't had a Chance to really wear the Dentures Because I had some things that needed to be Straightened out,However she is Such a Sweetie Pie.I spent more time talking She has a Ear to listen Indeed.The first set I got broke she replaced At least 3 times She suggested i have some teeth extracted in which she has been so Patient with Me.Very Professional.The Kids are so well Mannered.I cant wait to get the New Set.Its about communication. We all can get Along. I would recommend anytime.

Came all the way from Alabama & got a grill. The grill lasted for maybe a month I went back to them to get it fixed & they made me wait a whole week! After the week was up they made me wait another additional day. The day they told me to come back they still weren’t ready & made me wait a whole hour. On top of that I had to go back to Alabama & get the old gold that cracked before they would even make me another one & they made me pay again until I went all the way back to Alabama & got it. Which they could have told me over the phone before I wasted all my gas money. When I got the grill it was not what I wanted at all & they refused to do it over or give me my money back! They are unprofessional as ever & the wife has a nasty attitude. They do not work together because she will tell you one thing & he will tell you another! Don’t waste your money y’all! Bad business!!!

A1 dentistry should be F1 dentistry. I came in about two weeks ago to get to get some permanents redone because at the top they cracked a few months after getting them. The lady who mold my teeth put the redone golds on my teeth knowing that they were too big in the first place looked at them and said that they were ok then proceeded to put the cement glue in the teeth and then put them in my mouth. Once I looked at the teeth I noticed that they were too long and felt bulky as well. She then told me she can file it down and did so. After she couldn’t fix the teeth she then called Paul from the back to take a look at it then he tried to file them as well. Overall he couldn’t fix it and he filed it down so much that it left holes in the bottom of the golds. He said he wasn’t going to redo the teeth and that he can’t fix it. Would definitely not recommend anyone to go here. I spent thousands of dollars for top and bottom and the quality is not there. The gold teeth don’t really cover your tooth all the way and they are bulky on your teeth. Now I have to go somewhere else to get them redone. Please if your thinking about getting quality gold work done and you don’t want to have to come back multiple times please don’t go there. A1 dentistry does poor quality of work.

This is the best place to go in Georgia to get your dental work done. A1 Dentistry/A1 Dental Lab Dentist Dr Carolyn Moore and her staff provided me with exceptional service and gave me my smile back. The partial they made for me is so good no one can even tell I was ever missing any teeth. I recommend that you come to this location for all of your dental needs. I am so happy with my partial I can't stop smiling and taking pictures of my new teeth.

Bad businessman. Poor customer service. His wife was Rude Pple went before me at my appointed time They got high and forgot what custom I wanted I was supposed to have extended fangs and all white 18k. Gold but im still beautiful though

I went to A-1Grillz on October 12,2020 and got measured for my Gold Grill. A-1 Grillz was very Professional and provided Excellent Customer Service. They was Prompt, Friendly and Courteous! I was in and out in15 minutes. I was scheduled an appointment for the next day October 13,2020. I was promptly seen at my appointment time. My Gold Grill from A-1 Grillz is Perfect. My Grill from A-1 is BLING,BLING,BLING!!!! Thanks A-1 Grillz for An Outstanding Job And Exceptional High Quality GOLD GRILL!!!!! I Highly Recommend A-1 Grillz!!!!! A-1 Grillz is TRULY A-1 !!!!!!

None of there work has a warranty. Sub standard materials where used and when asked to correct the problem. Their attitude changed . It had been less than 2 years on a bridge. I would suggest that if you have any problems with them to go straight to the Georgia Licensing Board and report them like I am .

I have visit this place many many times and always refer family and friends .Just receive my new custom Dentures from them all white teeth the price is Just perfect no complaints her Thank you
