The office staff and receptionists were great and the wait time was not that long. However, my visit with Dr. Fletcher was rushed and I felt that my concerns were dismissed. This is the first time in a very long time that I haven’t had a good experience with a physician and I will not be returning

I arrived at my appointment 15 min early appt time 2:30p.m. I had to wait 30 min to verify insurance and spent another hour and counting still waiting in a very cold patient room. It is ridiculous as I am still waiting to be seen and it's nearly 4p.m.

Dr Aaron Fletcher I am very grateful to him. I had a tumor in my head in-between my eye and nose. I was starting to lose my vision, headache, and pain. No doctor would see me because I had no insurance. I felt like I only had alittle time left untill something bad happen to me. I told Dr Fletcher my situation he didn't hesitate to book me a surgery and worry about money later. When everyone turned me away because I had no insurance. He did a great job been gone over a year I have a new lease on life. His whole staff was so kind to me. Thank you so much I feel like Dr Fletcher and his staff saved my life when everyone turned me away knowing I could die. great Doctors and staff.
