I went for my quarterly check. Tastefully furnished reception/wait area. The atmosphere was quiet with occasional chatter. I was seen as scheduled beginning with vitals. A brief wait for Dr O. He reviewed my labs report with me, examined me, warned me to more vigorously attend to what I eat and do. A cordial; "Take care sir!" I really look forward to my visits. A very professional office, with very balanced staff.
All of the associates are polite and courteous. Dr. Ovadje is a good listener and demonstrates concern for your health by asking questions and being proactive. A real good thing is they're great about getting your refills ASAP, usually the same day. I highly recommend them.
The staff was awesome and very efficient. I was a few minutes early for my lab appointment and they took me in immediately. I'm 2 1/2 hours away from the office but the trip is always worth it.
THIS PRACTICE IS A WELL RUN MACHINE. DR. DANIEL IS PROFESSIONAL. COVERS ALL ISSUES AND ANSWERS ALL QUESTIONS. THE RECEPTION IS FRIENDLY AND WE ARE INTO THE MEETING WITH THE DOCTOR ON TIME. YES, ON TIME. I POINT OUT THE THE RECEPTION IS FRIENDLY BECAUSE IN MANY MEDICAL PRACTICES THE RECEPTION IS COLD, AND LACKING IN ANY PERSONAL SKILLS. THIS RECEPTIONIST IS AN EXCEPTION. NICE GREETING. RESPONSIVE WHEN APPOINTMENT CHANGE IS NEEDED. GREAT JOB.
The wait time was not long and everyone in the place were nice, professional and respectful. I had a wonderful experience in the lab, the procedure was not painful and the nurse was very responsive to my needs. I like that my lab information is analyzed quickly and uploaded to my patient profile. Keep up the good work Caritas!!!!
My mom goes to Caritas Medical Center. The experience has been great. Dr Deepu is very thorough and give us helpful advice. The staff is very friendly and the office is well maintained.
My lab appointment was for 945am and because my 1st appointment was done at 845am, I was conveniently fit in in order not to wait an hour! Kudos for fitting me in! Loving it! Great customer service.. hats off Caritas!
Staff in laboratory are polite, professional, friendly, and most importantly know their jobs well when pulling blood. Thanks guys because, I still get nervous at my age of 79 years young when the vampire strikes. Keep smiling : Dr. Daniel is very polite, respectful and provided me with a detailed explanation of my lab. He also, provided recommendation to help lower my blood pressure and blood sugar. I always feel comfortable with him. The staff is knowledgeable and caring as well, making sure my registration to check-in, and checkout is easy. Thanks!
I have never had a bad experience at Caritas. My mother-in-law was a patient there and I am an active patient. Dr. Leo and all of his staff are wonderful.
Always efficient, professional, and friendly. Clean, attractive waiting room. Dr Ovadje is a pleasure to work with; understanding, compassionate, and I feel he knows my body.
