Mr.Duffy is awesome!!! Whatever problem you have he will help you!! And the staff there are amazing..Will came out just to check my delivery was done correctly..and provided a follow-up..I appreciate them all! Better go get what you want from them, they will work with you!!

I absolutely love Harley and the staff. Harley goes above and beyond to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Her knowledge and her personality make her #1 in my opinion.

Once again I’m back with a bad review of this business. I was supposed to be done with my payments but apparently I had 2 more payments $28, which 1 payment came out today so just 1 left, came to clear things up and told them I’d like to just go ahead and finish paying so I’m done with Aaron’s. At check out I am told that I owe $156… how does 2 $28 dollar payments equal $156. I’m done with Aarons. Would not recommend to anyone. They rob you.

Poor communication between staff members when it comes to delivery scheduling. I took off of work 4 days prior for a delivery date & time between 3pm-6pm, just for the manager to tell me that they had nothing scheduled on this date . I went in person to discuss delivery with a staff member prior to delivery, she told me they can have it delivered on a Wednesday between 10am-2pm or 3pm-6pm and wrote down what was being delivered and the time chosen, stating that we will get a call Tuesday evening around 6pm to confirm the time. Unfortunately there was miscommunication between staff and somewhere along the lines my schedule date and time was lost. It is difficult for me to take time off as I, myself work by appointments.

It's ok. But the manager is not a good one. If u have a problem and need to talk to her she never calls u back. I've been waiting months for her to call me and havent heard nothing. My tv kept messing up, it was gone being"fixed" do about a month and didn't get no answer about what was wrong with it or nothing. I don't shop here no more. And not friendly

I do not recommend this store at all. I was cold called by a representative because he saw I visited the website. Very friendly when he thought he would make a sale.. but I was misplaced after hurricane Matthew so it caused me to return my previous rental late so I wasn't eligible for specials online per the retention group, but still eligible to become a customer. I called back to close the sale and was advised there was a block and they would call retention to verify my storty and call me back. .got tossed around. Never heard anything back. Terrible customer service and poor communication between the co-workers

Worst Aaron's I've ever been to. Associate was not attentive. Failed to let us know that the sectional in the store was already sold. We asked if it could be ordered. No. Ok I understand. Next I asked if he could possibly check to see if any surrounding stores had it in stock.... He says no he can't because they aren't affiliated with any other stores I thought it was Aaron's, not a personal rent to own furniture store with an Aaron's sticker on the door. Then the lady in the store finally said she "could" call the kinston store to see if they had it but even if they did that the employees at the kinston store would just send us back to her anyway. Are you kidding me? These locally owned furniture and cell phone "authorized dealers" around here really think they don't have to honor the policies of the companies THEY WORK FOR.

Make sure if you're financing YOU DO NOT GO HERE. Being a first time buyer I didnt realize I'd be paying over $2000 for a used basic loveseat and couch. WITH $300 DOWN. Screw this company.

Good prices and got delivered next business day. but very late delivery because someone didn't put or paperwork in the right bin
