Maria is so nice and beautiful to work with. She answered all my questions and then some. Filling out the application was so fast and easy. Sam was so informative and helpful and very experienced. I was able to receive my item the same day. Payments are minimal and very affordable. I am looking forward to doing business with them for several future purchases. Thank you so very much again. Manager is an absolute jerk. Way to lose my business, you flipping tool. I love how you have us in your store three different times, have me call you several times to 'check on my app', and then never mention any payment issues until your delivery guys are in my living room. Phil is an absolute joke and a completely scatterbrained 'manager'. Avoid this place like the plague.

This is for the Aaron’s on loraine Ave, Cleveland Ohio, 44102. Staff are completely rude and disrespectful, the guys that drop items off were very nice and courteous, but the staff that work inside the store floor, front desk, manager are absolutely rude and seem to not care if you do business there or not. I know the area so I am well aware of the people they deal with everyday and can understand how that might thicken a persons skin, but these people are no different. The lady that is always there Spanish lady... I know that because she said that as she was telling me “I’m Puerto Rican and we say what we feel”. Me and my wife would first and foremost rather buy out any product we need as that is the cheapest way to go as opposed to paying heavy interest but Aaron’s can be a convenient option for something if you need it quickly and don’t have the cash up front, that being said if we ever did business again with this company we would travel to a further location than deal with this one. I hope this review doesn’t affect the delivery staff as I will say again they were very nice, but the people you meet in the store shouldn’t be in customer service!!!

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and polite. I also liked the wide variety you have to choose from. Top notch appliances and electronics.

I want to thank this Aaron's staff especially Pat & Mickey for working with me on getting my fliving room furniture. With Covid it was on back order for months until I decided on another set and it was easy to change my choice. I also got my bedroom set from there also and LOVE IT! Thanks staff, Angel

Went in to rent a set i seen online and when i got there they raised the price by 50 dollars despite the ad. Gave me more false information about the pricing options so i left and went to aarons on snow rd where they honored the ad and ordered it brand new with only $1.00 dollar down !! Steer clear of this place. They lie and try to rip you off

Had a great experience. The staff member I worked with was very helpful. The store was clean and well layed out. I found just what I was looking for.

Never had a problem with these guys they have always helped us out and always came when they said and or gave a courtesy call of they couldn't.they really try to help you get what you want.thanks arron's your customer service is great.till i got called on to a fight by a manager in my living room in front of my 2 year old daughter and my family they smashed my fence down and didn't tell me hit and skip...and then tried to fight with me after I waited a month to get my stuff because no one could get a order right.ive contacted my attorney and right now in the process of suing arrons I'm meeting with channel 8 next week to show the video of the management trying to ask me do I want to fight in front of my daughter she was crying he was screaming insulting my fiance and my family period

Pat the gm there is amazing. Him and the staff he has are always really kind and they are always willing to help has been a very big help to me and my family and i will always go threw them pat is a great guy
