Will definitely not be returning. Have been a customer for years there and have never had a repo or any issues with them. However I called the store to inquire about a Nintendo Switch OLED for the holidays and spoke to Gary or Chuck can't remember the name 100% but I know it's one or the other and was treated horribly. I was asked why I needed so many consoles and was told that he would have one Thursday and if I was there great and if I wasn't he would just rent it out to anyone who wanted it. Said that he didn't care either way and was extremely rude. Awaiting a response from corporate will update when they follow up.
I have been an Aarons customer for years, Gary and the gang are awesome, I have never had a problem with them. Will continue to go there. I will say that Gary and his personality is what kept me there. So, it is important how they treat the people that shop there.
Have dealt with GM Gary n crew for years now. Would give them 10 stars if I could...Have always been nothing but super great to me...Polite..Respectful n has always worked deals out to my best advantage....Delivery guys super polite n has always done what I have requested when delivering items....Thank you Gary n gang for all your great service...
Had a friend over there yesterday to make payment. Took his card at door, he couldn't go in. Ten minutes later called him and said, thought you were making payment today. I was just there. All I'm sorry we payed another person's account in Broadway. Pretty sorry if you ask me. Now the store manager doesn't want to talk about. Think I'll be looking elsewhere.
Called the local store I purchased the sofa from for a replacement cushion. Was told it was ordered. That was over 6 months ago. Haven’t heard back. I did a follow up call 2 months after I initially called and was told it was on back order. Haven’t heard from them since. Tried other branches and they refused to help because I didn’t purchase the sofa from that particular store.
If i could I would not give them a star at all i was getting a riding mower off them never got any paperwork then my mom passed away and the whole time I was trying to greve arrons called 2 to 3 times a week never showing and concern about my situation just wanted money i meen come on so today they picked up the mower so my advise is never go to arrons for anything unless you want get herased every day my lawnmower had bent blades and tire would not stay up they told me I was responsible for all repairs Im renting this mower its there responsibly not mine I asked for copy of my contract never got one so not only is my yard destroyed i now have no lawnmower im a single father of 3 kids now i got find way get my yard mowed I cant buy a lawnmower I'm only working part-time hard enuff trying keep food on table thanks arrons for adding another problem to my life
So far customer service is a 1 star. I ordered a riding lawnmower. It got delivered yesterday. They put it in the middle of the yard. I get home from work at 2am with gas to move it only to find out it hasn't been fully put together. So I couldn't even start it.
Most incompetent and inept delivery service ever. They had us waiting all day to deliver a mattress. Nothing that had to be assembled, but a mattress the only reason they received a star is it was the only way to write a review. Just another trap for people who don't realize that this is not the route to go for anything period. People have lives outside of waiting for dimwit delivery men who have a delivery less than 20 minutes away from the store. That's taking more than eight hours yeah customer service specialists.
Poor customer service. Lacks responsibility. Tells me they will be here and the don't show up for days even after repeated calls. The customer service lacks any kind of respect. They treat the job like it's a place to go and have fun.
Very rude and nasty to faithful customers. They don't understand people having hard times and having to return items. They then tell you they don't want your business. Figured I'd give them another chance. Big mistake! Employees and manager extremely rude again. I don't recommend anyone going to this place. Go to Staunton or Waynesboro or anywhere else. I've never been treated like this by a business in my 46 years. The district manager needs to clean house and hire a whole new crew. Pitiful.
