They kept taking money of my card before payments were due and wasn’t authorized to do so . I tried returning the stuff and they never answer the phone

I have put in a few emails and still have not got a call to get furniture online. Everything is online now!!

The staff here wasn't very knowledgeable in what they were selling nor the promotions going on. I also notice they sell some badly damaged furniture, which was disappointing to see. Good company, but trying to push a sale too hard.

I would recommend this place, I got a dryer and didn't have any issues at all.

if ur low on cash and need a quick furniture set or bed... then go, Just be aware that their leasing fees are high.. a 500 set will cost you $3,000+ in the end.. not everything is good quality either.. HONEST opinion.. go to home makers they have a clearance area.. save some money!

They are so disrespectful. No customer service skills, very unprofessional. They come in your home and break stuff and do not want to pay for it. I hate this place. Never will get my business again Never. It's a rent to own not telling you, u have to pay for merchandise u return. Do not go to these stores. I believe they need to be put out of business. Bye pass these stores

I had to switch to Martin Luther King one I was on south east 14 for years payed everything off the never got back to me Dave manager helped me out I was almost ready to switch company you guys made my day thanks everyone

Terrible customer service. Delivery guys are great but the management is terrible. Consistently late and under staffed. Will not be recommending this company to anyone.

The manager is very helpful and really seems to care about his customers I would rather go to this one
