Manager there was terrible. Denied tool repair because it was "wear and tear". The motor blew on it the first time I had used it. When I brought this up, manager said that he would check out see if the motor was blown. Took over 3 weeks for him to give me a call back. Luckily the corporate help desk was able to help with the repair. For the record, the warranty does not define motors as a wear and tear item.
We highly recommend Dewalt tools for their exceptional durability, reliability, and user-friendly design, ensuring both safety and ease of use.
"I recently had to send my faulty DEWALT battery grass trimmer for service, and although the product was under warranty, I was told I had to pay $68 to fix it. When I asked why, the customer service representative kept me on hold for 10-15 minutes before returning and asking if I had been helped. She was extremely rude and unhelpful when I asked to speak to a manager, claiming they were not available and couldn't provide me with any information about when they would be. As a customer, I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism and care demonstrated by the customer service representative. It's unfortunate that DEWALT has so many negative reviews, and I'm disappointed to add another one to the list. To make matters worse, the representative hung up on me, leaving me feeling frustrated and disrespected." I hope management would see this bad reviews and would make a change..
This is a review of the Dewalt electric lawnmower. I have lived with it about a year now. What an utter disappointment, This thing is so weak it won't even pick up the leaves off of your lawn and I am talking small leaves sticks and twigs will not be picked up by this mower. If all your mowing is a putting green this thing is suitable outside of that It is very light duty . I just have a normal 3 bedroom track house with a small regular lawn with a couple of trees and it is insufficient to do the job. The only reason I didn't take this thing back is I had covid and my return window expired at Home Depot, Now I am stuck with a $700.00 piece of junk!!! I have always had good luck with Dewalt but they really dropped the ball on this from now on I will be buying Makita!
This place gets it done.I bring my rotary hammers in and they come out looking and running like new.and I haven't come across a rude person yet maybe these people are just soft.
If I could leave a zero review I would most rude people and the tell little jokes about I accidentally clipped my cord from my saw when I was taking it off my truck and a guy decided that it was a good idea to tug on it and tell me that that would break the insulation on it if the pinch that I accidentally did didn't break the insulation him tugging on it really hard probably did it extremely unprofessional
Customer service is awful. 3 months to get a replacement of a $300 battery is just unacceptable. I purchased their most powerful FlexVolt 60V 12Ah battery, $269+tax and we used it three times, and it died...The customer services confirmed that my battery is covered with a warranty and will be replaced. However, they are unable to send me a new one immediately, I need to wait approximately 3 MONTHS to get a new one...I discussed with a supervisor who absolutely did not care about clients. I have around 15 tools from Dewalt but I cannot longer trust a company which consider clients as a money holder only. I will resell all these tools and I will switch to another brand. I definitely feel to have been ripped off...
brought my impact in for a warranty repair. Took twice as long as quoted. Impact is still broken, 10/10 experience. i'm just gonna go buy a new one at this point
I was at Dewalt approximately 2 weeks ago for a tool rebuild and I found everyone there extremely helpful and friendly. The manager came out as well and offered an instant repair, which saved me from coming back, I also got a very good deal on a grinder as well, highly recommend, THANKS FOR THE, GREAT SERVICE
Customer service at this place is the worst I've ever seen I think I dealt with this one guy named Jacob and the interaction with this guy was definitely not pleasant it seems like the warranty stuff and parts come out of his paycheck or something we agreed on them fixing my impact gun and replace my battery under warranty then I get the gun still doing the same as if it didn't get fixed and I get the battery that was agreed to get replaced the same with a hand written note that said battery broken not warranty!! Definitely stay away from that place the people that work there are as useless as it gets. save yourself a headache. I'm thinking about let all my dewalt stuff brake and replace them with milwaukee just because of the interaction with this people.
