Im a customer who already payed off a refrigerator... Now Im paying on a matress. I was late on Januarys payment. I payed 164.00 on 01/31/2022 or 02/01/2022...Than I still owedFebuarysbill. I wanted to pay a week later on the 12th.O hit the wrong date When I talked to Christie asked her to reverse the 148.00 for the week she said no. Now I'm panhandling gas money. I'm so stressed. She did not give me 148.00 back do I can eat this week. That's all I had.

They made aquiring what was needed for my house very easy and helped answer all questions with a great response. I wasn't told I don't know anything about it like you are at rent a center. They even helped out more than needed by allowing me to add a tv which would have put me over my limit. The manager is very nice and so are their employees. Haven't gotten my furniture delivered just yet but will post a review about it tomorrow. These guys really came in clutch and helped me out in a time of need cudos!

These pieces, look so lovely. On the store room display. I'd like to receive after 30% is paid. It's the better part of your home when it looks cluttered and come alone dirt you need to start alma straighting your house.

this is the second review for Johnstown ny i am writing within a few days due to the fact every day i call and see what time they are coming and each time they tell me a time like yesterday noon to 3 then nothing today i call guy says be there by 1 here it is almost 2:30 and no call and no sectional that was due 3 days ago. I still have nothing and i am not a happy customer..Called to order friday..they say i have to pick up in another store be there tuesday between 10 and 3 nothing call we cant make it we havent picked it up yet be there tomorrow noon to 3 nothing i call oh we havent gotten it yet we cant make it out today. today same thing havent gotten it yet so but they have a used one in the store can bring it by 1 ummmm yea where are you......

They want to much money for their stuff true rip off they give ppl a good deal then switch it I pays over 960 for a queen bed that in stores are only $370 then my bf lost his income in stead of giving me a deal on the bed I almost had payed off they came and took it right off of me they need shut down and sued for all the innocent ppl they take advantage of

Leased a washer and dryer along with a refrigerator about 2 years ago.. no we were not always on time which was totally our fault..but finally we came to our last payment and my husband took it up.. because he didnt agree with how they would harass u if u were 1 day late and call u a thief... so fast forward 2 years.. no mind u ..no more phone calls were made.. and no banging on the door in these past 2 years.. we go up to look at a couch... we r told they cant lease to us because we still owe a payment from 2 years ago... a total lie.. if we owed dont u think we would have gotten a call.... a letter.. ir them coming to take it back....this is why my husband didnt want me going there... I will now listen and go to rent a center....or big lots

Not too happy with this company usually they would bring in the furniture and set it up I thought it was strange when it came in my home assembled but anyway as soon as we sat on it my family was getting attacked by bed bugs make sure you check the furniture...

I use to rent from here for 2 years the manger was alright at first then the manger one day call me retired and then the manger employees call me and my family retired over the phone after i told the manger that we were in a crisis then the manger said that uns need to go to reirted camp i call the head office about this and they said that the owner will call me and never did.if you want to rent some thing go to rent a center to get some thing at lease that they will fix items and wont give you a hard time about every thing but this location isnt a good place to go plus they will fun of you call you names and call you three austic kids the r word and the owner doesn't care at all if the owner see this i hope he or she will read this and etc.Plus this place doesn't fix any thing at all.

Moving in from out of state & was able too get everything handled quickly and delivered the next day. Excellent service and helpful.

Horrible service. Horrible staff. You'd be much better off buying in full what you would rent here. Their horrible service inspired me to purchase what I was actually going to rent. If you cant do that, go to rent-a-center.
