I would give this location 0 stars if I could. I booked a rental car through this location via phone and was told my total would be $300 if I arrived by noon. I arrived at 11:30 and was told there was no vehicle available. To come back at noon as more vehicles would be getting dropped off. I sat in their parking lot for 30 minutes. Watched people come and go in cars. I went back in at noon. Was told all they had was a truck, I booked an economy car, and it would not be $600. I stated that I've rented through Enterprise for many years and whenever they didn't have what I booked, I was upgraded for free. They said they can't do that. Not only did I walk away without a car, every other rental in the area was now closed. Every time I rent from this location they never have a vehicle available. They always give you the run around. They bait and switch you by offering a small price and trying to force you into twice the price for a car. Worst enterprise ever.
Where do I start?!? Alexis was super cool when I came to pick up the rental. She made sure my questions were answered, checked to see if I had any concerns. Let’s put it this way if I came in hungry, I left full!! When I brought the car back, the gentleman I apologize i forgot his name, charge it to my head and not my heart I spoke with was really nice and offered me a ride home, before I could ask, if I needed a ride. Superb! 5/5 or 10/10 whatever applies! Will rent again…
This location is deceitful in business practice, unreliable, and unprofessional. I have noticed a bait and switch strategy is used by the staff. As a business operator, I have found that I cannot rely on this location to be honest nor consistent in their service offered. The vehicle that I reserve is not the vehicle that I may get. I may not get a vehicle at all. The cost quoted is not the cost charged. I cannot recommend this location to others.
Needed a minivan to take the family on vacation made a reservation two weeks prior to going. The staff was very nice an helpful when I went to pick it up. No hassle I was in an out. Round of applause to the staff at this location.
This location has repeatedly attempted bait and switch. Specifically, they will tell you that a car class is in stock and upon arrival that car class is not in stock and they instead try to upsell you to a more expensive vehicle. I've observed this issue repeatedly at this location. Most recently I observed this today. Due to the dishonest and unprofessional nature of this location I would avoid it at all costs.
These people are great! I was met with professionalism and treated wonderfully. I dealt with Frank and Mikah and I wish I knew the name of the man who gave me a ride ro pick up my rental... he was very cool! I highly recommend Enterprise!
They are very helpful. You can rent a vehicle in advance and pay for it right then or when you pick up the vehicle. You can cancel it and not be charged for doing so.
I rented a car for 2 days because the tranny went out in my car.. The car I rented was very comfortable and I even took it back a few hours early .. Staff was very nice .
Never do business always problems with the service quotes different price quotes and not what I reschedule very ignorant customer service
Bait and switch experience. This is not the first time. Assistant manager looking to be offended when called out on his dishonest business practice. Assistant manager J was my point of contact for this most recent unprofessional experience. In the past this location has had issues with the general reservation line they frequently claim that they don't have the class of vehicle reserved and attempt to upcharge. Thus in this experience we called their location directly. They made the reservation and held it for 2 hours. We presented to the location within the time limit and we're told the car class wasn't in stock but we could upcharge. We declined and stated that we had been assured by their branch that the car was available and being held. We were told to come back in half an hour and our vehicle class would be available. We came back and again they attempted the bait and switch. They stated the reservation line nonsense to which we corrected them and told them we had spoken to their location directly and had been told by their location that the car type was available. I at this point called out assistant manager J on his bait and switch attempt. I told him that this would look terrible on social media as a review but instead of immediately escalating and leaving a devastating review, I was attempting to resolve this. J stated that he felt threatened by my language. I did not curse, I did not raise my voice, I stated that instead of destroying via social media reviews which are allowed so long as they are true are allowed, I was attempting to resolve this. He offered to "meet me in the middle" on price. I told him that was still a bait and switch. He stated that he still felt threatened. I smiled at him, informed him that I had clarified my "devastation via social media comment" to mean precisely an accurate review of the negative experience, informed him that at no point had I raised my voice nor cursed at him, and then politely informed him that I had attempted to resolve the bait and switch scheme with him to no avail and his unprofessionalism had warned him the review as well as the call to central office that I tried to avoid. I would not recommend this place.
