The two gentlemen who delivered our living room set were fantastic! They were courteous and professional and the set is great! Also, the store kept in touch about delivery day/time and were all great to work with! The dog is happy too!
Fast and Easy, Hoping the Quality is as Good. Just Updated from 4 to 5 Stars ! I have been searching for an "L" shaped Sectional, that would actually Fit through the doorway and up the stairs. I ordered one from RTG, Threw out my furniture I was using Sofa and Loveseat, as Pre-Requested... only to have them arrive at 8:10am when supposed to be a 4 hour window from 11am to 1pm. They from RTG were there about 10 min and said NO WAY is that going to fit. After sitting on a couple cushions and Outdoor furniture for almost a week, I went to Aaron's... Asst Mgr Jason and Aaron were there to save the day ! Aaron actually said "WE'LL GET IT IN FOR YOU ! " And after searching from the first 4th of July flyer, Jason and Aaron did EXACTLY What they Said they Could ! SUPER IMPRESSED!!! Give those 2 a RAISE !!!! THANKS AGAIN !! Last 2 picts were in store with different lightning... the first ones are our place !
This is first issue with them we have spent thousands over last 13 yrs paying off everything we rent right now we are spending $300 a month and on last payment and got a small hole and I called office in port charlotte and I was told sorry nothing we can do..I said all the money we have spent and you can't send someone? I said said we would of rented agn from you but def not now..I was told sorry you feel that way..I told him I'm sorry you feel helping us after all we have spent is not worth it to the company..I will go elsewhere for next set
I purchased a Samsung Steam dryer through Aaron's and after the appliance was delivered, there were some hiccups that prevented it from operating correctly and Jason, Dan, and the rest of the team were IMMEDIATELY seeking resolution and the next day I had a working, new, in perfect condition dryer delivered. I really appreciate the time and effort the team at Aaron's showed to make the situation as painless as possible. I will make another significant purchase with this team again! Thanks, Richard
Great product but don't miss any payments. They call you like crazy 3 days later and knocking on your door twice a day. Then tell you that's not how they opperate with people that don't make a payment in3 days since it was due. How rude.
Usually some Cool Stuff, But Everything in Showroom seems to be " PRE-USED" and It Shows on certain items. New has to be Ordered, IF THEY CAN GET IT...
I rented to own for a house that I owned, made all payments was never delinquent. When it came time for a final payment and I tried to call in to make a payment like I always had, I was told well being this is the last payment you have to come into the store. After two weeks went by and I still couldn't come into town to make a final payment the manager said we can take the payments but not after I was charged 30 dollar fee. I was told I would be contacted back within the next business day.. That was a month ago Moral of the story.. Terrible customer service and I will never go back to Aaron's
Went and bought a pre-owned dryer. It was $100 so I was so happy with the great deal! I was told it was a working dryer and they test their products before selling them. I get the dryer home to find out it doesn’t even have a power cord. There is not even a spot to plug a cord in because the cord needs to be wired in. Not only that but the dryer wasn’t even cleaned. The lint catcher was full of lint from the previous owner. I spent 30 mins pulling lint out of a hole in the back of the dryer. When I called to ask why there was no power cord I was told “We don’t sell any of our items with power cords. You can go buy one at Lowe’s for $20.” Is this a joke?? I have to buy a cord and wire it my self?? How do they even know it was a working dryer when there’s not even a cord on it? Did they put on a cord to test it and then take the cord off?? I would have rather spent $120 on a dryer that was ready to use. Horrible customer service. Wish I could add pictures here so I can post all the lint I took out of the dryer and how the lint catcher was full. Update: The dryer does not work. After attempting to wire it, we removed the back of the dryer only to find it even more full of lint and sand which was strange. Not only that but the wiring in the back is faulty and I don’t even feel safe pulling it in without the thought of burning down my house. Thank you for responding Phil. I will be emailing you and hopefully we can fix this. UPDATE: I emailed Phil and haven’t heard back yet. Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!!!

I have been with Aarons for several yrs now... I have bought a washer dryer, entire bed room set king size, a stereo, 2 refrigerators, and now a living room set.... I absolutely love the friendly service.... Ron and Jim are the best....
