I always have the best service when I come here! I will never go anywhere else to buy a phone! Hector is amazing and always helps me out with all my phones.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They tell you one thing and then turn around and do another. Make up their own rules when it comes to policy. Will not recommend this store to anyone.
I would give this place a zero if I could. Do not go to this store!! They are liars and cheats. Heather the assistant manager sold us our plan, we were supposed to be on a 5 for $90 family plan, that's what she sold us that's what we agreed to, well when we get our outrageous first bill, she signed us up on a different more expensive plan, added $75 a month for Insurance which we were never asked about or agreed to. After 5 days of having her phone my daughter goes to pick up her phone from the table and the corner of her screen cracks, the phone was never dropped! Then we notice that our phones had different email address already in them and my phone had a different number show up on caller i.d. I go to the store to ask about the screen and the email addresses and different number on the caller i.d. Well the employee tells me "oh yea the manager likes to use the phones to get points/rewards, I guess he didn't clean out the phones good enough". Can you believe this? The employee told me this himself, so in other words we getting used phones? He tells me no we would never sell used phones, but if you just told your manager uses them and there is an actual phone number attached to them then it's used!! They didn't care nor wanted to help. We go back a second time about our bill, speak to Heather who said she would take care of it, credit us back for the insurance we never asked for and put us on the plan she originally sold us, well nothing has been done, they don't call you back, they do nothing. Once you walk out of that store they could care less about you. They are liars and will chest you. They took the Insurance off our phones but never credited back our money. Called Sprint customer service and they pretty much said to bad, nothing we can do. STAY AWAY
Alison and Ruby were extremely amazing and helpful!! They answered all my questions and they were able to get a plan to fit my needs and my budget! I will always come back this location!
Hector B. at the Sprint store not only took care of me, but on multiple times he want the extra mile!!! Even though we couldn't spring for 5 flagship phones, Hector still treated us like we were the only customer and took care of all of our concerns. I really really appreciate the service and will be back!!!
I decided to go here back in November to get a new phone. I didn't want to go anywhere else because I figured they would take care of what I need.I was so wrong. Instead of asking questions about what I normally do on a daily basis with a phone the kid, yes kid insisted on me going with the unlimited plan. So I did because then I wouldn't have to deal with extra charges. Well a few months ago I went back in to get my boyfriend a phone and the guy told me not to do the unlimited plan because I'm paying way more than I should. So this other guy tells me all the extra fees I will have to pay for getting a new phone which was fine but, what he didn't tell me is I would have to pay an extra $60 for changing my plan. So yes I'm very upset with this specific store because they need people working in there who are professional, know what they are talking about, and actually care about the customers. Not people in there using swear words, not helping when my boyfriend went back in there, and them talking about their everyday lives. This store needs some serious help. I've never been one to complain but, this is ridiculous. I'm only giving it a 1 star because I can't give no stars unfortunately.
We had a very positive experience at this store. Billy helped us save a ton of money by switching carriers. Highly recommended for business cell phone plans at a very reasonable price.
So, my partner and I were in about a week ago and if I’m not mistaken it was Ruby that helped us. We had a rather unique situation and had to get a new account. Let me tell you, it was a task and not easy. We were in the store for a good 2 hours, if not longer. Ruby was fantastic. Now, I will be the first to say that this review isn’t necessarily about Sprint as a company or service provider. This is about the service I received from this spectacular woman. She was patient and explained the process. She attempted several different strategies to get us the best deal possible. She went out of her way to make us feel like we were a priority. We really hadn’t intended on purchasing phones that day. We had initially thought of getting a single line, but Sprint was just an option. It just happened to be who we had had previously, so they were the first we went to. We ended up getting 2 lines of service and phones and the only reason we did it was because of Ruby. In order to get us taken care of she had to make numerous calls to their customer support. The customer support agent actually ended up messing up the account when it was set up, so the manager had to get involved, but Ruby handled it like a pro. She definitely found her calling, not necessarily in sales, but definitely in customer service. She walked us through every step and explained the process and if there was a problem she fixed it. She explained everything that was available and got us the most affordable for us devices and phone plans. People are so quick to write reviews when things go wrong, but it is really infrequent when you hear about things going right. Now, we could sit and complain that it took hours, but honestly, Ruby was an absolute pleasure to work with. I have actually been waiting on the message from Sprint asking me to rate my experience, but haven’t received it. I couldn’t just not give her the credit she deserves. I’ve had my fair share of nightmare experiences with customer service personnel, as I’m sure we all have. This could have gone very differently, but Ruby had a genuine interest in our problem and she was determined to find us a solution. She sure did. Near the end of our interaction a lady with 3 kids came in. I don’t have a problem with children. However, these were little monsters and the mom was more interested in talking on her phone and questioning why her 3000+ photos hadn’t uploaded to the cloud since the previous night. All the while her children ran amok in the store playing with every device that was on display. I’m totally surprised nothing was broken. The lady actually saw us with Ruby, but insisted on trying to do her own business while we were being helped. Ruby handled it though. Politely and as respectfully as possible all while maintaining the feeling we had of being a priority. I was distracted by the screaming, running children. Ruby didn’t flinch. She was a trooper. I don’t know if she’ll she this or not, but Ruby, thank you. We really appreciate the understanding and kindness you showed us and we really appreciate you for that. That day I did walk to Starbucks and bought you a coffee, but if I’m ever in the store again I got you. Blonde roast with cream and sugar. You might have a bad conception of Sprint for whatever reason, but look, if you are looking to upgrade, change, or obtain new service please call the Sprint store there at the mall and see if Ruby is working. If she is, go see her. I really don’t think you’ll find anyone else that will give you the level of service that she gave us and I will always remember that and will forever be grateful. I will stay with Sprint just for the plain and simple fact that she works there and I have no doubt that if I ever have an issue I can rely on her for a remedy. Thanks again!

Yea sprint is crocked signed up with them my bill is 36 dollars more then verizon when they said it would 179 a month ,now its at 222, they also had a promotion on the samsung 9 , they never told us about it, and they also said the area that your are in northport, you have good reception, only to find out that you need a magic box to recieve better signal oh yea that doesnt work ...they are just complete liars to make their comission, they truely dont care about the consumer
