Ive bought many items here over the years. My most recent experiences were horrible. This place and the people working here have the worst business ethic ive seen in my life. We bought a tv for our daughter recently. Come time they were suppose to be here we called n was informed theyd b coming the nxt day instead. After waiting around for them half the day. Fast forward a month...daughter gets her own apt and arona said theyd transport the tv from our house to hers. Keep in mind we are paid up. Come time again for them to be there n no show. Call them they say afternoon instead. We were ok with that even tho once again they didnt call to tell us. Fast forward to 630 pm knowing they close at 7. We call to b told they cant come today. U call the store n get rude employees with NO answered just every excuse in the book. I will never buy from here again and i recommend going elsewhere unless u wanna deal with a bunch of douchebags that dont wanna do their job. Brandon couldnt manage a fish bowl let alone a store.... And drake shouldnt be allowed to answer the phone, the way he talks to people‍ they dont care about losing business bcuz that means less work for them
Getting the run a round by the manager…owes me credit..said it would take a few days..been over two weeks now…called today and he said I will see you in a few and give me my money he owes me..waited over an hour..didn’t show or call..was supposed to call my daughter back today.,hasn’t heard anything…wonder how they would like for me to have the chair put on the curb and cancel everything.
Very rude customer service. He acted like it was a huge inconvenience to answer questions that I had. Not to mention the mattress was NOT very comfortable at all. Oh and the paper work is RIDICULOUS.
They took there time with me and found my table I wanted and got it out to me.
This is by far the WORST company I have EVER dealt with in my entire life. I waited almost a month to get a washer/dryer.. Received both products USED!! I got behind on ONE payment and had people at my door two days after it was due. I called and set up a payment plan to catch up and everything was "good". Still had people showing up at my door 2-5 times a day after setting up said payment plan. So much so I had to call the police. So, I call corporate and I get a claim number and got a call back from a district manager. Well apparently, they aren't actually an Aaron's store??? So I guess it doesn't count? Long story short, these people are worse than loan sharks. They give you used products, telling you they're new, jack up the interest to about 200%, swear they'll work with you and then simply refuse. If you can stear clear of this company I would definately do that. By far the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. If I could give zero stars I would.
I paid my washer and dryer off now my washer will not work. I'm wondering if they would service it for me. They have been good to me in the past I hoping they will fix it. Great people
The employees are GREAT, the manager is RUDE and arrogant. Manager told me on two different occasions that Aarons would donate a large ticket item for a benefit we were doing. I went to pick it up and he had an employee bring me some money off things. The employee was obviously embarrassed by this turn of events. NO THANK YOU AARONS!!!! Have a nice day!!!!!!!
I should of reviewed the others before I dealt with them. I ordered a bed and mattress to be delivered and it never showed up. The Jason we dealt with told us that if there was a problem with delivery time he personally would.We called and was told it wasn't even on delivery list. So we called and cancelled it and when I asked about our money back was told they don't refund down payments and Chuck never returned my phone.
I have paid off a few things with Them, They have always had Great Customer Service and been understanding and Helpful
After making an agreed upon time for a Pick up Jason The Store Manager proceeded to Stalk my home Admitted he was there. harrassing neighbors at 9pm at night 2hours after the store close sharing my business with outside individuals... He was rude disrespectful and out of Line....
