Awesome place I have rented and bought about 30 different items from here over the past four years. Of course if you don't pay it off and 120 days they're going to charge you interest that's how they make their money. But if you budget your money and pay it off and 120 days you're going to pay the same amount as you would if you would buy it from a different store and you have 120 days to pay it off so you don't have to come up with all the money at once. They have been awesome and it even goes on your credit if you have bad credit you can rebuild your credit also if you pay everything on time period even when I've been late as long as I call and let them know they have been so easy to work with I wouldn't go anywhere else. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about but they tell you from the beginning that there is additional charges if you do not pay it off in 120 days. Would definitely recommend it their Furniture is excellent and if you move they even move it free of charge to your new home.

Update. After two years, and paying off my furniture, I get another product. I make all my payments. Sometimes it's a couple days late....it's under new management. They call - u tell them exact day and time u will pay. THEY IGNORE YOU. THEY CALL YOU THE NEXT FREAKING DAY, AND EVERY DAY. THEY HARASS U NON STOP TILL U PAY. This is the worst company I've ever seen!!!Why make payment arrangements, when you are going to call anyway? And I'm loyal to a fault. I've bought plenty things from them -they treat me like garbage. I deserve better!!! So do you. STAY. AWAY. ORIGINAL POST.... Horribly slow and understaffed. Had to wait a week and a half so far! for 2 day delivery. I called for answers. It's in stock at the store, but I was told i will be called back in the morning for delivery time. I wasn't. I called that afternoon. I was told i would be called back in 5 minutes. Nothing. I called three hours later. Was told I'd have to wait 5 more days! I'M TWO FREAKING MILES AWAY!!! Smdh...

Leasing an item online because the deal was better then then the in store deal. They took their money out the same day it's been over 5/7 business days and still nothing. I called the store to see about the products I'm leasing they put me on hold then tell me they don't see my name put me back on hold Then tell me they found my name and due to the weather the truck had not came. In a few weeks I'll have to pay a month payment and won't be able to enjoy the tvs for a full month so now i put out $25 and about to put $100+ this is crazy!

Horrible customer service, consistent harassing calls even before payment due date. Exposed my personal information to the public as retaliation. I will never deal with these crooks again. I recommend saving your money and buying your stuff elsewhere / anywhere at 1/5 the price.

I wish I could give this place zero stars! Customer service? ZERO! I rented a fridge from them, I made a phone call so that I could pay it off and own it, a lady answered the phone and informed me that I no longer needed to pay for it because I missed 3 payments and it went to collections. A month later and I got a visit from Aaron’s saying I needed to pay them. I had a feeling that they may have been trying to pocket the money so I refused and had to contact headquarters which gave me zero closure to this problem!!!!

They didn’t know how too secure my dryer too the stand n they didn’t even plug it up too test if it works???? I used the washer it works very well,? I called the store about someone coming back out for my dryer issue n I was told I would receive a call back too see when they could come back out, n nobody never called, I’m bout too call the corporate office n see how they can help????

They are the absolute worse. They came to get the wash machine i rented, after i found out they were over charging me i did not want to do business with them anymore. When they came to retrieve the washing machine they cut the hose, and now my whole laundry room is flooded and all my clothes are soak and wet. Instead of letting me know they were done and ready to leave they left my back door wide open, someone walked in my house screaming hello is anyone home is everything ok. It could have been a dam rapist or anymore .. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS

Your Service Technician Dave or David stopped by at about 6.30pm on 1/17/2019. Long story short the super advanced Samsung Wash/Dryer we just bought were a little to advanced for the women folk at the house. Now to be fare our old ones can be seen in any 90's Sears catalog, old I tell ya! Dave went through everything and all the functions, answered our questions. Professional in every way, again sorry for the late trip out, and not laughing in our faces. Thanks again!

If this computer would let me give this aarons a 1/2 a star as a rating I would. This aarons is one of the worst one's I ever chose to do business with and never in my life will I EVER do business with them again not even if my life depend on it. I thought that the aarons here would be like the one in GA that I done business with and they were amazing and in the back of my mind I was thinking that the one here was the same way.That was the biggest mistakes I ever made and I learned my lesson I will never ever in my life do business with them. They are unprofessional and sorry and the worst case of customer service that I ever came across just absolutely disgusting. They over charge when its not necessary but never again. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone at all..
