RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!!! If I could give them NO stars I would. So initially going to the store to purchase was fine. Joshua helped me out and he was a very patient and helpful salesperson and he made everything mad easy for us! Fast forward the day before my delivery I received a call from them not joshua saying that the mattress that I ordered with my bed is on back ordered and that I had TWO “upgrade” pillow top mattresses to choose from. She named them and I picked one. I went online to check the price because the lady I spoke with never told me the price or difference. Lo and behold the “upgraded” mattress she offered was actually a DOWNGRADE because it was $40 cheaper than the mattress that I initially ordered! So I called her right back to ask her how would they issue my partial refund for the difference and she said I had to email customer service and I would receive a store credit. The day of my delivery me and my fiancé was putting our bed together and the screws they gave us were too long so he had to go out and buy screws that actually fit because the ones they sent were too long. When I received the rest of my furniture we opened the box to the dining room set and started to take everything out and noticed that a leg to the chair was broke. I called them immediately and was told to email customer service. Not to mention one of my chairs didn’t have screw holes in one side of the chair ! The customer service team never apologized for all the mishaps I had to deal with. The only thing they said were “We issued a store credit and you can take your chair back to the store to get a replacement chair” I would NEVER buy anything from them again and I don’t recommend anyone to purchase either!
If you want cheap furniture, poor customer service, and a headache… then this is the furniture place for you! Ordered 2 twin mattresses on a Sunday for delivery the following Wednesday. Driver didn’t show up. When I called, they stated they tried to call me Tuesday to pick out something else because their product was out of stock. I went to the store in-person that Wednesday and the sales associates said I would have the pay the difference for upgraded mattresses x2. I felt that was unprofessional and I was entitled to a refund. I left and picked up 2 mattresses elsewhere because I had family coming into town to stay with us for a few months. To summarize: 1- they sold me something that was not in stock 2- there’s no ph# for customer service and the managers on duty have zero power. Only the Owner who hides behind an email has authority 3- I sent an e-mail that same Wednesday, followed up with 3 phone calls on Friday, Monday, and Tuesday before I finally got an email response 4- e-mail stated that I would only receive store credit, NO REFUND. Zero accountability was taken by Price Busters for their mistake on the sales floor Don’t shop here. They obviously do not care about their customers or repeat business.

Don't waist your time. Absolutely a garbage store. I went to help my sister pick up a queen sized bed and box spring for our father. We carried out the mattress to the truck. A guy comes rushing back outside saying that my sister had to sign the paperwork and he takes the mattress back into the store. Mind you that the items are fully paid with receipt in hand. So she goes inside and they cannot find the paperwork. So the store worker calls the manager and the manager says that we cannot pick up the items on weekends. I asked was she told that at the time she purchased the items and the worker said no, it's something new they started after the end of tax season and they need a manager there to verify and managers don't work on weekends. I said that we all work during the week and I'm not able to get the items during the week, that's why we came on the weekend because weekdays aren't going to work for us. My sister asked for a refund. The worker called her manager to notify the manager of the situation. She said that the manager said that my sister would have to come in tomorrow and talk with the manager. I expressed that basically we felt as though we were scammed, we gave them the money for these items and on arrival to pick them up, they refused to release the items. This is a sham operation and I will never ever spend my money at this company again.
The experience of purchasing the furniture was easy and without issues. The problem came after they had our money. First, the delivery people said they couldn't find the building although the GPS will take you right to it. Once they were there, they were rushing to finish and get out of there. NOTE if your delivery people are rushing you, don't let them. You take your time to make sure everything is there and in good condition. We did not do that and as a result our nightstand was overlooked and found significant damage to the dresser once fully unboxed. Those are the pics I have attached. When I questioned the company out it, their response was well you signed for the nightstand. The response about the dresser was, we can't get that backing but can get one close to it for you. Well that was 2 months ago. I give up lol. You get what you pay for is all I can say. That does not only refer to the furniture but also the customer service.
Great experience! Beautiful pieces for affordable prices and I was lucky to catch a sale. Niyah from the Brooklyn Park store had excellent customer service. She was knowledgeable, kind, patient and funny. The entire staff was helpful with the furniture and other things. Exemplary experience.
I ordered via phone due to the pandemic. The initial young lady was very helpful in placing my order and finding the best price. The delivery team was respectfully masked and efficient. My dresser arrived with buckling and poorly inserted nails. The back is completely unstable and poorly assembled. The bottom of the dresser arrived detached from the dresser and broken. The legs to the dresser were packed into the back of a drawer behind some Styrofoam and I couldn't find them. I can't go back to put them on because the dresser is too heavy. I don't even know if I can attach them safely anyway since the bottom of the dresser arrived DETACHED FROM THE DRESSER. My bed came with no directions and it took me three hours to assemble it. I attempted to seek assistance, I was advised to send an email and attach pictures. I finally spoke to someone and they were completely unhelpful. After spending over $1000 I don't think it's too much to ask for items to arrive intact and how they should. I was told to enjoy my pieces DESPITE the damage, there was no offer to compensate or refund any amount or even store credit. I expressed my frustration and I asked to speak with someone else and instead, I was not listened to and I was hung up on. I have never experienced anything like it in my life. I'm going to make due with my purchase but I'm not pleased and I'm tremendously disappointed. I never leave public reviews --- yet, here I am. Pricebusters are independently owned. There are dozens of them. Choose a different location. Do not give your money or your business to the Ritchie Highway location. That was some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I can't imagine they care because of how their employees behaved. Save yourself the headache.
Decent prices. Plenty of choices. Pleasant and helpful associates. Good hours. Plenty of close, free parking. Quick customer service.
I came in not looking for anything in particular and Jeff stopped me with an great attitude telling me about all the different appliances and how I could layout my new apartment he was of great help and definitely coming back and sending all my friends and they friends and if they don’t have friends they girlfriends got friends . GREAT EXPERIENCE ASK FOR JEFF
The Worst Experience Ever ‘ Do NOT BUY FROM THEM ‘ They Do Not Explain The Agreement right. They are Rude ‘ They Hang up the Phone And do not called you back!
