I had a great experience renting a recliner from Aaron's. Customer service was excellent. Meeko was extremely helpful, courteous, professional and cheerful. I'm happy I chose Aaron's at the Hester Crossing location.
If I can give zero stars I would I was 7days late due to my card Information changing and they harassed me banging on my door at 8pm please don’t shop here they will not try and contact you any other way but coming to you home trying to intimidate you. They need to train Thor people to call or email
I ordered a living room set and bedroom set 3 weeks before I needed it to be delivered. Let's say the nightmare began. April 1st comes they can't deliver to the 6th..I waited it was delivered the living room, the bed frame, the wrong dresser- mirror dresser and I wanted the chest dresser, no nightstand, mattress and no box springs. So again, I was inconvenienced waiting 2 more days. So I tell them I didn't think it was put together right. I sleep in the bed the first night and hear a pop. The side board is bent out on one side and bent in on the other side. So call to advise. They said we will be there tomorrow after 4 pm. I waited until after 8 pm no show yet again inconvenienced. Mind you I called at 5 pm to confirm and told they will be there by 7pm. I have used Aarons off and on for 20 years and this is the worst service I have ever received.
I’ll be honest my Experience has not been the best, despite the store manager having great customer service I’ve constantly been inconvenienced. 1st couch delivered 3 weeks ago, had a rip in the frame and had to be replaced..so I added a TV go my lease, well they deliver everything and forget the tv remote. They say “we are coming right back” I’ve been stuck at home since 11am for a 4 hour delivery window.. here I am stuck again awaiting a remote for the tv. Honestly I’m over it already.
Never answer their phone, no voicemail or any way to get a hold of anyone. Some of us work long hours and can't make it into the store before it closes.... I was told I'd get an email with my order details, never happened, they said check spam, guess what not there..... I made a payment for this and still have no receipt or order number or anything... HORRIBLE experience
The worst experience ever. Most of the furniture is used and dirty. Unless you want bed bugs, I strongly suggest you think twice before patronizing this location. The sale person refused to provide the regional managers number. He also said they must rent the used furniture before they can purchase new items.
I highly DO NOT recommend anyone to buy or rent furniture from this location, the manager is SUPER rude and very unprofessional. During a phone call with him he began to get loud and impossible to talk to. Keith who is the manager at this location needs to be fired or trained on how to treat customers. I regret being a customer so damn much! My payments were being taken out without notice and there were times they will take 2 payments as oppose to the one and to get a refund was impossible - my payment dates changed and all this information was presented to me every time no consists at all.
We have been dealing with Amadora and I can only assume that she does not have customer experience background. We had a washer/dryer set delivered to us that apparently was in the “service” section. Not only did she “sell” us an item in need of service, she sent the wrong drain hoses with it as well. The delivery people said they’d come back later that day to finish installing it and when I called she said she did not have it and would have to contact other stores. Next day we call again to get an update and she states she has to order it and will take about a week, in the meantime we have a washer we cannot use. My husband finally went to Lowe’s purchased the hose and finished installing it just to find out that it did not drain and flooded our floor. Needless to say my downstairs neighbor also got flooded and had to have his apartment cleaned and carpet removed as well. When we called to have someone replace the item she tried to give me a code to put on the washer hoping it would fix it. When I asked couldn’t she send someone she said it takes weeks and they cannot send another unit but could arrange to have it picked up NEXT DAY if we didn’t want it. I told her yes and to give me an exact time. I waited all day the following day for someone to pick it up and NO ONE CAME. When I called and I gave a different person my info he said we were scheduled for NEXT Thursday but Amadora denied it and said the guy didn’t know who I was so he was mistaken after I had already verified the account. When I asked for the number to make a complaint to corporate or their regional manager she gave me customer service number not corporate or regional. They finally picked up the washer and it was mentioned that the washer was on the “to be repaired” section and she shouldn’t have sold it to us, also I was told that she did not allow the delivery people to come back to deliver our drain hose because they had other deliveries. She deliberately sold my husband a non working product and refused to take ownership and fix the mistake! I have worked in customer care for ten years and this is a sales person/ manager that should not be dealing with customers. Will update this review to add more once I pick up my refund....
The manager of this location was horrible and unprofessional. Not eager nor willing to help reschedule an order to solidify a sale. Had me rerun order to reschedule. Was told to call back, at which time she declined to take the call because SHE was loading the truck for deliveries,. Then she had a “Member if the sales team” call me back and take a DOUBLE payment for a tv I was approved to pay $116 or less. I’m paying $2k for an $800 just to build my credit a tad bit higher... Tv is still at store after the payment...this a 2week process now. N.IH 35 Round Rock location
9 out of 10 times when customer service is poorly initiated in the beginning it will continue to spiral in that direction. I was approved on the 5th when I called no deliveries were scheduled today 10/12 but somehow deliveries are booked until the 21st. I cancelled my order of course. Not a fan of poor customer service, definitely not willing to pay for it. Definitely understand the 2.7 rating.
