I walked in the door.. the guy working said “turn around and exit” 4 or 5 times in a row and told me to leave.. apparently they didn’t have any AC, but couldn’t you have said it nicer? Mind blown.
This location is one of the worst I have been to came in with my son to buy a switch game. He was super excited to get a game. No customers were in the store just the 1 employee tthat was behind the counter on the phone not one thing was said to us the whole time we were in there left after 5 min with no help was so disappointed we left and went next door to Walmart. We went in on Sunday April 2nd about 4-5 pm if you want to give your employee a training lesson on costumer service.
Hours of operation 11am- 8pm I waited from 1055am watched the store manager open, not acknowledge I was waiting. I finally ran out of time and patience. 1124am .
Great above and beyond service, and the rep Damian was patient enough to explain the difference between the games and how becoming a GS member can be beneficial to me and my family. We are already enjoying our selections
Always helpful staff and an abundance of new and used games. The staff is knowledgable.
Worse experience ever place has seriously gone down hill girl named mars is a horrible employee im sorry if yall had to deal with her I saw 2 people come inside with a receipt to return their items and she said no because the boxes was opened even tho the items were brand new horrible employee
Worse location ever had to go to Georgetown to do my return because they didn’t know what they were doing and they have a girl named MARS that has no idea what she’s doing and a horrible manager named Darcie one of the worse gamestops ever go to Georgetown for all your returns and refunds this location is horrible
The employees are great and friendly love visiting this location
I usually love this location, but they have definitely gone down hill. I preordered pokemon Scarlet through them and was ready to go get my copy because this location was doing a "midnight" release at 11pm. The issue was I accidently overslept and didn't get there until 11:45pm. Which I will admit this is my mistake on my part. But, by the time I actually got there they already closed up shop. This is frustrating because I had to make a long drive to get to this place. And the couldn't even stay open until midnight. If I was told in advance "hey we are only going to be open for x time" I wouldn't even be mad. However, I was not given such warning. I called other locations to see if any were still open and were told they closed at midnight. So I don't understand why this location didn't do the same. It's just frustrating. If you come during the day this place isn't too bad, but when it comes to these midnight releases, don't count on them to actually pull through.
I really enjoyed shopping & speaking to the Lawrence. He helped us out, was friendly, knowledgeable & attentive to what we wanted. Thsnk you GameStop & Mr. Lawrence
