Aaron's has good products, friendly staff, just a nice environment to be in. If they don't have what your looking for, they will help you find it and order the product you want.

We've rented a few different things from Aaron's in Durant, and have had trouble every single time. They never called when they said they would. They never showed up when they told us the would. They never brought all of what was ordered, and never communicated with each other about what was to be delivered/picked up, what time to deliver/pickup or to call us before they left to make sure we were home. They were never clear on our payment amounts and times to pay, and even changed at least one of our leases without our knowledge. We gave them multiple chances to have our business, but NOT ONE TIME did we ever have a smooth experience with Aaron's in Durant!

I rented from the Ardmore location worse decision ever made. They wouldn't stand by their agreements. I was late on a payment Because I had to work an extra shift and called told the manager I would be making it that Friday. They called my landlord asking how they can get in my home to retrieve their products while I was gone at work. I immediately returned their stuff and switched to the Durant location. They were very helpful had my items delivered the same day without any money upfront. Set my payments for the day that worked best for me. Megan and Bryan I believe was their names a very big thank you for being helpful in surprising my husband and working with me. I will definitely continue my business with you for now on.

2 of my son in laws where in a major wreck. One passed away. The other has a long rd ahead. We r moving to go help our kids. AARON in Durant Ok. Said that it wasn't there problem. That I ordered online and they can't take it back at there store cause they have no room to put it or store it. They refused to pick it up. Then told me they would sue me if I stuck it outside. The DM said he is to Busy to Deal with it he is on vacation with his family. KARL HUTCHENSON DM FOR DURANT OK. YOU SIR ARE TRASH BUDDY. IVE HAD THIS FURNITURE FOR 6 MONTHS ALWAYS ON TIME. I JUST WANTED IT PICKED UP. I KNOW POLICY NO REFUND. OK BUT IF YOU REFUSE TO PICK IT UP THATS NOT MY PROBLEM.

Watch out! They will give you the run-around on getting your money back after you've returned an item. Returned a TV and they still took the payment from my child's account. Claimed correct paperwork wasn't filled out. Even a month later, still trying to get our money back. Looks like someone needs to train their employees better.

They have harrased me this whole time they will not work with you. The other day they called me 5 times within a minute. After I already spoke with them. Not only that the sectional that I got has rips all through it. When I got it they said there was one small tear that they would repair it. The washer and dryer work great but thats the only good thing. If I knew this is how they treat their customers I would not have went to them.

Worst Aaron's ever. Will not go to the one in Durant again. After letting them know we needed to change to monthly payments and not weekly i was still getting calls on the second and third week to pay. And the disrespectful call saying call aaaaaaarrrrrrrooooonnnsss, every time was not necessary...... Been paying on stuff for a year and they get their money. No more. The worst Aaron's........

Hands down the best rent-to-own company in the United States. I have dealt with this company for about 12 years or so, specifically the Durant Oklahoma store for about 10 years or so. I have purchased many many products and have not once been disappointed in the product itself or in the service they provide. They will go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, especially the manager I believe his name is Brian at the Durant store. That man deserves a raise no questions asked. I will continue to use their service and in fact I am getting a new Samsung smart TV today. I have no doubt it will be extremely satisfactory.
