They are supposed to open at 11 so I drove on in they are closed it's 11:37 am they are closed the sign on the door says it opens at 11 .. not a good way to run a business
Clerks aren't engaging and when you do speak to them they have a "nerd arrogance" about them. Prices are high considering most can be found at cheaper prices online or at other stores. GameStop is dieing and the service along with it.
Well, I can say is that this store needs to be managed better during the busy season of the year. My family went in for a Nintendo Joycon remote and the store associate saw us looking at a pre-used wall display for games/etc. He told me that that was was display only and he could not guarantee that any games would be available. I said ok and I understood. He told me to look at the other wall with Nintendo Switch games and products instead because those were in stock and available. We saw that there were 5-6 Nintendo Joycon remote boxes on the wall with display only printed on the box. We stayed in the store and stood in line and waited out our turn. When we got up to the counter the the exact same associate told us that he didn’t have any more controllers and that the Joycon remote that we wanted was out of stock even though there were several display boxes on the wall that appeared to be available for purchase! He said he didn’t have time to take them down but that excuse didn’t seem accurate to me because we had been in the store a while and I didn’t understand how that many cases can go unnoticed from opening time till 3pm! Come on now! So after searching and searching we went to Best Buy and found some controllers that were actually in the box and actually available for purchase! Thanks Best Buy for continuing your great customer service. I may have to start buying more games and accessories there instead of being let down by GameStop so many times.
I had to quit going to this game stop due to the manager rhyan ,he was a smart a** that had no respect for his customers and talk down to them, very disrespectful. I had to call Corp while I was standing in their and him yelling at me. Might go back if they fire him
Employee working today is rude and unprofessional
Only go if it is an emergency. Nothing special or that you couldn't get online for cheaper prices. Plus the annoying attitude that you put up with. I ask for a new copy and they give you an opened copy, everywhere I ask they say that is a used copy thank you! They price match but they don't like to. Every chance I get to make them do this I pull out my phone and prove the price went down on amazon and make the game crew drop that price for me. And the membership is a joke. I save more by making them price match.
Usually a good guy there. Still a little bit of a gamer but my son is the overall gamer now. If they don't have the game or whatever it is we're looking for we can get it online with them and it still goes towards my account.
Very helpful and nice staff. Organized store. There's nothing wrong with the store iteslf. Frankly, it's the other customers that you have to watch out for. They like to cause scenes when the staff can't accept their roach-infested PS, they don't agree with someone elses "life style", or they bought their kid a M rated game and think it's the staff's fault that they didn't heed the warnings. Yes, I'm a regular in there.
Had What We wanted. Clerks were a little busy-still talked with me about Choices-and Assisted with purchase. Friendly-Knowledgeable -In and out ok you can stay a while to shop-overall great experience
I've been going here for years. The place is well-organized and have displays for games <$10 which is one of my favorite places to look first. I used the app to find a game, which the order didn't go completely through, but I got the same game at a lower price in-store so it was all good.
